The staff truly were incredible from the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to help. For example, we needed assistance with our Galapogos form, and was helped with each step. As well, we needed some cash from an ATM, the security man didn't just tell us where the bank machine was. He went with us and stood by as we got our cash out. The morning shuttle was stuck waiting at the airport, and without us knowing, they had a paid private taxi at the door minutes early the take us. That is great customer service. We highly recommend this hotel! We also tried the room service food, and it was great, reasonable.

Very good location close to the airport and within walking distance of the Mall del Sol. Excellent, helpful, and friendly staff. We had to catch a flight at 3:00 am, and the staff was very accommodating. They arranged a shuttle and even gave us a nice box lunch to take on our trip!

On our most recent visit, the temperature of the water in the shower was erratic. However, this might have been a problem just in our room. We have stayed here at least a dozen times, and this has never happened before.

Convenient to the airport for late arrivals or early departures and has a free shuttle. Facilities were great and clean and the shopping mall was an easy walk and had a Claro store who can set you up with a SIM if you are visiting Equador for the first time. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a great variety. Restaurant was open until midnight, which was great after a long travel day (the Jipijapi ceviche is so good!).

I ordered the airport shuttle and was told the driver would be in arrivals with my name on the sign. Driver was there holding a sign but my name wasn't on it and it didn't identify which hotel he was with so I wandered around lost for ages. It was the lovely lady at airport information who got me sorted.

Our one night stay due to connecting flights was perfect. Everything the pick up at the airport, check in, dinner, breakfast and transfer back to the airport run smoothly. The driver, receptionists, restaurant/ bar staff and security personnel were all extremely polite and attentive. Room service (dinner) was excellent. Big and comfortable bed. Breakfast had an amazing range of options, all freshly prepared. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

The breakfast had a very good selection of items. The room was clean and met our expectations. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend you ask for a lower floor. The restaurant/bar is on the 7th floor, so the noise from there might keep you awake. The staff did an excellent job, it started with the airport shuttle pickup and continued to our departure. The team worked well together.

The staff was kind, courteous, helpful, and well-informed. They all exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my dinner at the rooftop. The food was delicious and well worth the price. I had to get up at 2:30 a.m. to catch my flight to the States, the staff was very kind to give me an extremely delicious vegetarian sandwich, an apple, and, tea for breakfast to go. I have been staying in this hotel twice a year for the last 8 years and have been extremely happy with the service. Thank you guys!

The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes away from the airport, with a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast room is on the 8th floor, with panoramic views of the city, and the complimentary breakfast buffet itself is excellent. The Mall del Sol is half a block away, so if you have an hour or two, you can check it out. It’s modern, with lots of coffee places and restaurants.

Great location near airport, pick up worked really well!!, breakfast was good with a lot of options, beds super comfortable, were also able to store some luggage here when we fly to the Galapagos which was really nice! Cool rooftop bar, made boxed breakfast when we had to leave early, great food options / restaurants nearby
