The resort had lot to offer, we had a car and stayed in multiple hotels if we had not I can imagine it difficult to get around and explore more of the island. The pool/beach area and the variety of the food at breakfast would have to be highlights. The option to get hotel credit for skipping room cleaning is a very good idea.

Hard bed unfortunately didn’t give me a comfortable rest, the “paid for” sunbeds was abit tasteless they just sat empty and looked silly. It’s a big hotel and that is just not my preference.

The rooms are exceptional, large, nicely designed, great bed. The breakfast is overwhelming, the offer includes everything I could imagine. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The availability of food an drinks during the day and evenings is extremely limited: to start with, there is no room service. The restaurants that are available are mostly fancy, totally overpriced set-menu offerings. There is no pool bar or terrace restaurant, where you can enjoy a drink and a nibble outside at a nice evening. Now, let’s be fair, that might be a cultural thing, me coming from Europe. But for me that was a bummer. And by the way, they charge you for the parking, really, in the middle of nowhere and with abundance of space….

An amazing sea-view getaway! Rooms feature spacious balconies with stunning ocean views. Fun and varied pools, clean beach, plus much-appreciated free sunbeds and umbrellas. Delicious breakfast with unlimited bottled water. Staff are exceptionally friendly with attentive service. Large covered parking adds convenience. Suggestions for enhancement:** It would be great if beach yoga/HIIT classes could be offered weekly on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. A welcome gesture like a welcome drink or fruit platter at check-in would elevate the experience!

Snorkeling trips should open to non-Japanese speakers.

The Okinawan restaurant in this hotel was really impressive, pool facilities were great. Great view of the ocean.

Gym is a bit small.

The hotel is simply fantastic and outstanding quality overall. One thing that stood out was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. In the mornings Javi, staff member originally from Barcelona, welcomed us everyday and made sure we had a fantastic start into the day. He will be remembered by us for a long time, as he was so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Nothing really. The hotel is in the far south, but there's a bus stop right by the reception so you can get to the other parts of the island easily.

Pools are fantastic. Staff is amazing. Construction of hotel is perfect. Breakfast buffet is best I have seen. Bedroom is spacious. Market shop on ground floor has something for everyone.

Roped off beach and swim area has sparse sand. A bar and grill serving starters or appetizers near the mini boardwalk would be nice. Probably decided it would create trash and food waste at an otherwise pristine setting. Not many food options near hotel, but it is an 8 minute taxi drive for Napoli caliber pizza (Restaurant and Bar Porto). Amazing!

The hotel is well-equipped, with beautiful clean beach. The indoor pool is suitable for swimming, while the oudoor pools and slides perfect for smaller kids. The breakfast was rich and various. Rooms big and all of hem overlooking the ocean.

The air-conditioner made the common places very cold, unpleasant while entering the hotel from beach or pools. The beach "was closed" at 6 pm, right when enough water was there to swim (in the mornings it was too shallow) If you want to do some activities: snorkling, Aquarium etc. you have to travel a lot from this hotel. For example to the Blue cave 3 hrs by bus, or more than hour by an expensive taxi.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I needed to for this hotel. It is extremely well managed and the staff are without exception friendly and helpful. Very clean in the rooms are super comfortable and well designed. Good size balconies with stunning views. they have several lovely pools with the heated pool being partially outdoors. Everything is self-contained and plenty of activities such as banana boating etc. The beach is lovely and white and very clean. I would definitely come back. We were a family and everyone enjoyed it immensely.

Stunning ocean views from our guest room made a great first impression, and the hotel's restaurants offered a fantastic variety of cuisines. The course dinner exceeded my expectations, and the staff were professional and knowledgeable, ensuring my family had a memorable experience. For my parents, who only speak Korean, the hotel arranged for a Korean-speaking staff member to explain the ingredients of each course, which made a huge difference in their dining experience. All facilities were clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the beautifully landscaped gardens around the pools, which were perfect for a morning stroll.
