I stayed at this hotel in summer 2022, winter 2022 and winter 2024, sometimes several nights. Ideally located for getting around town and the center, with everything nearby (grocery stores, banks, restaurants, shops, etc.), and easy to park. The number of places in front of the hotel is certainly limited but I did not encounter any problems. I've read some somewhat negative comments about the breakfast choice, but considering the price, it would be difficult to really complain, especially since I frequented this establishment during wartime. I will definitely come back to this establishment during my next reports in Ukraine !

The staff do not necessarily speak English, but the guards go out of their way to be pleasant with a few words of English and in the age of translators on smartphones, can we really complain ?

This is a clean and comfortable hotel in Odesa. It is near the main bus station and local shopping. It is a bit away from the downtown, but transportation is easy in Odesa using Bolt. They have a very safe and comfortable shelter area at the hotel to using during drone attacks. I felt very safe in Odesa and at this hotel. Food was wonderful here and the room was a great price. I especially enjoyed breakfast up on the rooftop patio with views of the city.

Staff at the reception was super friendly, breakfast was delicious and absolutely enough for the price

Unfortunately the English language skills of the staff were on a low level and sleeping in a room without a window (I knew it before and booked on purpose due to the cheap price) isn't the lower price worth

Nice hotel relatively close to the center with a good breakfast. Quite large rooms, comfortable bathrooms, bomb shelter. Polite staff.

There was a little noise from the street. The windows of our room overlooked a very old and dilapidated building inside the block. The parking lot, although with a hotel video surveillance camera, is actually on a busy street.

Very good hotel, very clean, good location 10 minutes to train station 2-5 minutes to busses and Tramway, 15 minutes walk to Odessa center, the best breakfast in Odessa, everything is good

Great place to stay, well worth the price. Staff Helpful and friendly. I have used this hotel before and have always had a great experience. Rooms are well equipped and spacious, no problem with noise from the street.

Would be nice to have the possibility to make coffee or tea in the room. Restaurant not accessible by lift.

Big rooms, unbelievable comfy bed, very clean and the staff was super friendly! Will come back for sure.

The breakfast could have a little more variety. No fruits…the salad was nice though.

It was like a comfortable home for me: all necessary accessories, cleaning every day, tasty and variable breakfast, polite staff, central and calm location.

Spacious room, good breakfast, friendly personnel.
