Breakfast buffet was excellent with many varieties. The eggs were delicious with sausage. The family had no complaints about what they picked and finished what was on the plates. The pool was what kept the kids occupied and tired for bed.

Didn't have any problems from the staff. Just the other guests being a little loud when it's time for sleeping. Otherwise it was a great visit for the king Richard's faire that I went to on the weekend.

Nothing Everything was neat clean and upto standard . Special mention to Ken who checked us in . His calm n welcoming demeanour made us feel comfortable, well taken care of n at home. Excellent and polite he was patient to answer all our queries patiently . Other staff were friendly n helpful as well. Thank u

Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable. Felt like home- third or fourth time here. Base for visiting family in the area. Breakfast is nice and good choices. Makes Morning a relaxing start. Ron M

Room darkening blinds were missing the rollup mechanism. On leaving I mentioned this and they explained that the mechanism is on order and had been broken by a previous tenant. I managed to prop it up with the ironing board braced in the window frame. A little goofy but it let in some light and less claustrophobic. Don’t expect that issue again. Happy New Year we will be back. Ron M

The location was convent, the breakfast was a great selection. The room was nice

Well I was disappointed that was not able to do early check in as I was traveling from NY for a graduation party. I did not believe a effort was made to try to accommodate meanwhile I left before noon so hope yea room will be available for someone else to do a early check in if needed.

The breakfast was excellent, many choices, something for everyone, very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for our destination of Plymouth for whale watching. There was a gas station right next door. Manager recommended a bar and grill for dinner that was very good and only a 5-minute drive from the hotel.

I have no complaints.

Holiday inn has a good breakfast, this one did not have it till 6:30 which is not good for the working man and it's dumb because the guy working the front desk does the food here so why can't it be ready at 6 or some places the person in charge goes the extra mile and got it open at 5:30

Late breakfast and the TV'S did not work

Front desk staff was cheerful and very helpful and polite. Breakfast had a nice selection.

We were informed as soon as we were checking in that the tv’s were not working. It was not a big problem for us, but I could understand if other guests had children it would possibly make it a little difficult.

All of it! The staff was excellent, the pool was great and clean! Breakfast choices we excellent. Coffee anytime of day! The rooms and bathrooms immaculate. Perfect stay! Right off the highway easy to get to anywhere, the Cape, Plymouth, Renn Fair. Perfect location.

Need to check on the water system had warm water only not hot and that was a first also you all could update some of the bathrooms tubs look yellow is and have some rust the amount of money thats paid no need to have rusty tubs not all but within the rooms I’ve stayed there has been some rusty tubs not bad but Holiday inn is known for exceptional service

Very well updated and maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great.

The only reason I give a 9 is because there is no exhaust fan in the otherwise perfect bathroom. A shower leaves the big mirror dripping with steam water.
