This hotel has stunning views and is in a very peaceful area but just around the corner from the local bars and restaurants. The staff are the most helpful and friendliest we have ever come across and we can't thank them enough for making our stay so wonderful.

The €20 deposit for our towels we could understand, but the €10 hire charge on top that wasn't mentioned beforehand. There's also €1 charge (for charity) if you want to exchange them for fresh ones. Other hotels we've stayed in haven't charged for hire or exchange. Tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would be nice.

Location is perfect, next to a beautiful sand beach with Cristal clear water. Room and bathroom were clean, personal was very friendly. Food was tasty, varieted, 3 types of meat and fish for dinner, desserts were delicious. You will have to pay for drinks during dinner when checking out. Swimming pool was warm with a view to a beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice hotel in an amazing location. The staff was super nice and helpful. Cala en Porter is a great choice to stay for the incredible beach, some good restaurants and bars but overall quietness and location along the main road, and this hotel checks all boxes.

Time for some renovation might be approaching. Breakfast and dinner were ok but there's room for improvement in product quality and freshness.

Staff is extremely friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant. Welcome drink at the check-in. Very clean. The view is gorgeous and the beach is accessible by climbing up and down some stairs down the hill. The beach is extremely beautiful with clean water. Buffet breakfast and dinner is okay but drinks/water not included though

Very basic room, no kettle

The hotel is in an amazing location and that is one of the best thing about this hotel. There is a beautiful beach just down the stairs, a few good restaurants around and it’s really peaceful location in general, so if you want a truly relaxing holidays this place is amazing. There is a bus stop nearby if you want to catch a bus to Mahón for a more active day out. The hotel has a nice pool area with amazing view, it is relatively small, but very peaceful during the time we visited. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

While it’s a cozy hotel with clean and good sized rooms, it is a bit dated. It could do with a little renovation, just to make it look and feel nicer. For example the mattresses feel old (the spring one as opposed to foam), there is some wear and tear noticeable on the walls and floor, mirrors and furniture in the room and in the whole hotel. The food was good, but one remark that there was no healthy juice served (just the sugary orange juice from the machine) and the coffee wasn’t best quality.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is a place where you can relax and enjoy the sun, the sea and the pool. The room was very clean and was equipped with everything. I told the staff, two days before, that it was a special occasion for me and my boyfriend and they surprised us with a room with sea view and a bottle of prosecco. I was feeling so emotional and happy. Thank you for everything, you made our special day so special.

The food is not so excellent

The staff were wonderful and they kept all the facilities marvellously clean. In fact, the staff in every area were the best we have encountered in many decades of staying in hotels. The food was varied and well presented. The surrounding area was quiet and the beach was spotless - despite the 182 steps down and then back. All the guests with whom we interacted were pleasant and friendly and on the whole they respected the need for privacy and quiet.

There were times when coughing and even snoring could be heard from other rooms - this is probably a result of thin walls. However, we found no fault elsewhere at all.

We enjoyed everything about our stay, thank you hope to be back again someday soon!!

The bed was a little harder than we were used to but other than that it was all fine!

Very nice and clean hotel. The position is good if you have your own vehicle, with free parking in all Cala En Porter. Staff is friendly, breakfast and dinner are good, rooms are comfortable and large, and the view from the balcony is priceless!

I would extend significantly the dinner hours (only until 9.30 pm). At summer, with those many hours of sunlight, people are going to stay longer on the beaches and, if you're on the other side of the island and it takes one hour to come back, you're going to miss dinner. Alternatively, they should make available cold dinners on request for everyone, not only on check in day. This is really the only defect in an otherwise absolutely great stay!
