Everything. The time you walk in, it really feels you are on holiday. The freedom of using the facilities anytime you want. Details like having live music when dinning...

Not too many shady areas, maybe more trees, air conditioning too low in the event rooms or miniclub needed. Room service for food not available in the afternoon. I appreciate the kitchen is closed for hot food but, cold food, like sandwiches, snacks... they just invite you to go to the supermarket, so not room service for food until 7pm really. However we love it and we will come back.

Really comfortable well set up apartments in beautiful location. We went with a 2 year old, the water park and all Amenities are really set up for kids. Staff friendly and manage the resort well. All in walking distance, dinner, beach, activities.

If you aren’t all inclusive the food prices are really high.

It was very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and polite Breakfast selection was very good The pool area and views of the sea were amazing Only had breakfast/ lunch at the hotel so dont know what dinner selection consisted of Seats around the pool area were comfortable and decent Food at the pool was good enough for a pool bar/ lunch

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and great value for money

We were a family of 5 and the whole place only allowed 4 people in a taxi so we couldn’t get one. The only option was to hire a car. It’s just such an inconvenience as we didn’t know this and missed our excursion we had already booked because they wouldn’t send us a larger taxi as they are non available

Great location, very friendly staff (Jefferson, Tessa, Antonio, Nathy and many others), the room had lots of space and housekeeping were miracle workers (went for breakfast and when we came back the room was cleaned). Splash park for the kids and sports facilities

Cost of beverages (very expensive), would recommend an add on beverage package to help control the costs

Beautiful setting. Beautiful large suite which was very comfortable and homely. Very large balcony with great view. Lovely food freshly cooked. Very handy for two supermarkets and a number of restaurants if needed.

Pool was freezing! Drinks very pricey.

I did like the view on the Sea, how spacious and comfortable was the room. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were super friendly as well. Finally the pool was very nice

The staff wasn´t prepared at all! For the price I paid, I was expecting a much more VIP treatment, and it was quite the opposite!

The location is great. A 15-20min journey from the airport which we did via an airport transport service. On site are two hotels. The prestige is slightly apart but as a family we still had access to the all big pools and kiddy pool. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The buffet had so much choice and everything was great quality. Just outside is a park and 2mins walk away is a monitored beach and more restaurants. It was easy to catch a local bus and do a trip into mahon.

Due to the time of year, there are ants everywhere. A few make it into the property however that never affected our stay or bothered us
