We had a big room with a view to the ocean. The staff was outstanding: always friendly and trying to help, though there were occasional language barriers. The hotel lends bicycles to their guests so we could get around Hualien without relying on the spotty public transport. The place is 5 minutes on foot to the night market with tons of interesting dining options. Breakfast buffet was also very good with several western choices. All in all, our best hotel in Taiwan.

It is good in general and the staffs were super friendly andhelpful. The hotel is in renovation during our stay, no view but we got breakfast, super and lots of coffee, snacks and ice-cream during our stay. The bed is good. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices. Super, will definitely stay again when we visit the place again in the future.

Not sure is the toilet too small or the toilet seat is too big for the bathroom. We hardly can open or close the door when sit down on the toilet seat.

Super clean and comfortable, the quadruple room with sea view is very spacious with 2 separate bedrooms and a decently sized living room! Facilities are also very useful with a children’s playroom, table tennis, and a gym! Great breakfast with very good variety and it’s awesome that supper is also provided! The staff were also very friendly and helpful! :) Located within a 5 minute walk to Dongdamen night market, convenient indeed!

Just a little pricey and it would be great if Netflix is available on the TV!

Loved the fact that the food was mostly Taiwanese and catered to a more local population, but they had great coffee too. Also the snacks in the lobby were much appreciated

The ability of the front desk staff to give correct walking directions was not adequate and often we could not find the places we had asked about.

Customer centric hotel. Facilities are carefully planned for visitor's comfort. For examply nightly supper soup n touhua. Washing service cheap n affordable next to restaurant where we enjoy the sumptuous breakfast daily

Breakfast buffet was generous in selections and of good quality. Hotel is within short walking distance to the popular night market, which has abundant dining/snacking options.

Bedroom does not have any windows.

The location of the hotel is perfect for us without a car. The room is good size and clean.

I think the front desk people are not most knowledge and somewhat not too willing to help.

The room was spacious and the location is one street away from the night market.

The toiletries are at the front desk counter and its not convenient to take it during checking in with the luggages.

Near Dongdamen Night Market and the Nanbin park. Staff were friendly. Breakfast spread was good, supper was bonus. Got a peak of the ocean from my room!

The pillows are hardly comfortable, and funny smell in the wardrobe. But is alright for a 1-night stay.

Great location; friendly staff ; provide pick up at train station with appointment (at least 24 hours in advance ) with reasonable price. Good breakfast with multiple options.
