A pretty good room, which was comfortable for the six of us. The kids have gone mad when they saw the glass panels of the bathroom. All in all, it's at the perfect location next to the night market, but it isn't worth visiting as of now after the earthquake. Maybe in a couple of months or so, but Hualien isn't touristy now.

I told the people at the check-in how much in a rush, yet they did everything super slowly, deliberately delaying me from occupying my room. Other than this, we only had good experiences here.

The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with smart toilet technology. The bathroom had a little Jacuzzi tub and fragrant shower gel. They provided oolong tea sachets on top of coffee sachets and sodas in the fridge. Titbits at the front desk too! Staff were friendly, responsive to my questions on booking.com, quick check-in and check out process, assisted in booking a taxi, overall a great team. Very convenient location with lots of eateries nearby. Only thing is if you need to depart early to grab breakfast nearby, there’s only 1 shop opened early so you might wanna consider the hotel breakfast if you don’t fancy simple local breakfast. I love Hualien and hope to be back!

Good location next to the night market (I can recommend the grilled fish with salt crust). Also close to ocean and center of town. Reception staff was friendly. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of options.

Window between room and bathroom, which had a curtain between, but it didn't block the light well so room was light early in the morning. We asked for them to make a small room service to empty the trash (because as common in Asia, you shouldn't flush toilet paper so it goes in the rubbish) but it didn't get done so I took the trash bag down myself.

Location was awesome. Relatively quiet corner but just cross the main road and it's Dongdamen Night Market. You can get plenty of food easily. Just across the hotel, there are lanes of shops conveniently located for you to explore. There's a liquor store, popular fried chicken shop and a massage shop open late just 1 min away!!! The massage was really good, place is clean and affordable. Best to walk in 9.30pm, just before the night crowd comes in. Hotel breakfast has a good variety and they bring in popular food from the actual stall outside so that you can try without queuing. We enjoyed our stay there, the room is just nice for a family of 4.

A bit pricey than my expectations for Hualien Clean room, clean bathroom. Good room size w complimentary drinks in the fridge Breakfast spread was good but unable to enjoy them most days as most tourists activities starts early and breakfast starts around the same time as pickup time.

Location is not as convenient as it's a bit far from the train station; but right next to night market.

About <50m to night market entrance. Have heater and aircon. 2 Twin bed is 2 queen bed size, big and comfortable. Polite staff.

There is always a door knocking sound throughout the night, i open the main door but is not from any of the unit outside, not sure where it comes from. Maybe from neighbour unit open cabinets?

This hotel is my favorite in Hualien. The location is fabulous, right at the corner of the night market. The hotel rooms are well equipped, the staff is very attentive and the breakfast is very tasty. I also like their Line Brown and Cony decoration.

The location of hotel is opposite to the famous night market, and the breakfast is very good!

Couldn’t tune a light for sleeping, it goes always very bright or completely dark, suggest to offer a solution for sleeping light.
