The location is gorgeous. Step out and you're basically on the best beach in town, beautiful with lots of amenities. Convenient access to everything in Tel Aviv. Everything is very clean. The room is simple but refurbished and very comfortable, especially the bed including everything.

Public spaces and reception could be a bit more welcoming, but with the lovely beach and city right on the doorstep, I'm not sure how much time one would spend inside anyway. Same goes for the view from my room which was mainly the backs of old buildings (I think some of the rooms do have a good view).

Amazing location. Within steps to the beach and busses. The room has a great big balcony and comes with a clothing rack to dry your things outside.

There are only 3 outlets on one side of the bed. The rooms although they are comfy and cozy are also on the smaller side making it hard to move around when you have 2 large suitcases. The bathroom is also very tight too use.

We booked the by booking .com the variation " Cancellable until " , but visisted it two days before. Shay gave us the advice to change this and fix the booking and w e got the discount of 180 EUR ( 720 shekel ), makes 15 percent , for the six days , so we really saved much money ! You can easily reach ( besides the beach and the restaurants ) many interesting alternatives according to eat and drink. Just turn on HayYarkon Street to the right and find Bograshow Street a 100 meter and you will find a great varaition of restaurant: Mexican, Chinese, Persian, Israeli, and lot s more and shops, whre you ca bu what you need for the day for half of the price of the promenade. If you stay here don t miss Carmel matrket (15 minutes ) and Binjamini Market ( Tuesday / Thursday ) for shopping. Binjamini Maket is a licensed market, where only things are sold that are handmade by the artists . Beach is fully okay,a walk north to Bugrashow beach and you can get Parasol and lounger payable at automates for two persons for just 12 NIS in total.

The little step to the bathroom.

The staff was nothing, but amazing! Genuine warm communication, great vibe and really professional! I have social anxiety in some form and in the hotel I felt calm and relaxed speaking to staff. That doesn't happen often and I value it alot! The room was fantastic, pretty much everything I can ask for. The location is really good, probably the best for tourist visit in Tel Aviv.

The bed was a bit soft to my linking but that's probably not a drawback, but just a taste specific preference.

The location is great. Walking distance 1min -5mins walk to at least 5 different food stores, different restaurants/food joints, 1min walk to the beach, bus station, 15mins walk to Carmel Market etc., everything is very close and super convenient. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and neat. We had a room with a balcony and we loved spending time there, enjoying the view. The hotel also smells very nice. Such a thoughtful touch! Stellar custom service! I can not say enough good things about the staff and the management. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Shay and Nathan went above and beyond to accommodate any of our needs and wants from booking tours to calling post offices. They were on it! They were very attentive and very very helpful. If I ever go back to Tel Aviv (which I would love to do. Beautiful city!), I would certainly go back to Miami Beach over any other giant hotel name, hands down! Great location, and amazing service, room was clean and tidy. In the lobby, you can make coffee and tea, etc. 24/7.  Location was perfect right by the beach. There’s coffee, shops, food and marketplace right next. Walkable distance from Carmel Market. After I checked out they offered to hold my personal items while I walk around town until I left.

There’s no elevator. It wasn’t a big deal tho. They helped me by carrying my luggage to my floor when I arrived and when I left. 

The hotel is in a very centric area. The room was always spotless clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

There is nothing I did not like about this hotel

A boutique hotel. A few meters/ft away from the beach. The room was quite small but had everything i needed, especially the balcony, which made my stay, I could relax later in the evening while enjoying the ocean breeze. That was fantastic! The room was cleaned daily and free coffees were served in the small lobby by the management. I must say that i got the best choice for my stay. I definitely recommend it. 👌

Excellent value for money, brilliant location, walking distance from beach as well as markets. Central location between two bus lines made travelling to Jaffa, city centre and additional attractions a breeze. Really loved our stay at this location

Coffee can be improved on. Maybe a Turkish black coffee instead of the instant coffee provided. Other than that no complaints or recommendations.

Location is good, only a few blocks away from the beach. There are a few supermarkets close by, a souvenir shop and a money exchange place just across the street. Your room will be sparkling clean everyday. The cleaning products they use leave your room with a nice scent. The man working at reception was extremely helpful with everything that I needed. He helped bring my luggage up since there’s no elevator and I was at the upper floor. There’s a minibar to keep groceries.

There’s no train station nearby. Only bus. Expect a small bathroom and balcony but I barely stayed there so it made no difference to me. It was overall a very good experience.
