The staff is very nice! We left the hotel on Saturday and asked to leave later, the hotel had the option and we got a late check-out without extra charge. The room was clean and very quiet (although you can hear the shower of the neighboring rooms quite loudly), the breakfast is amazing, savory pastries, salads, cheeses, etc. Free wine and coffee. There are free bikes with locks and parking arrangement nearby. The location is also great.

The shower door rubs against the floor, makes a lot of noise and is difficult to close properly (we told the hotel and it seems like it will be taken care of). There are no toiletries in the rooms as expected from a boutique hotel. It's not that important but it makes a big difference. You can ask the staff but it's nicer when there's just a cotton swab, a small nail file, etc. in the room. Besides, it would be nice if the TV wall was more decorated and the TV was bigger. These are small things but they are things that make a very good stay perfect.

Staff are amazing. Location is excellent. Price is decent. Breakfast is of high quality and the availability of coffee and wine at the lobby makes it a perfect place to relax, and get work done when needed.

While comparing to standard prices in Tel Aviv, the price at Vera was very reasonable, it is still not cheap... Certainly not per Sq meter. But I guess these are the market prices for that region...

Friendly helpful staff. Amazing location, full of exceptional restaurants, bars and cafes. Wine and drinks available on a help yourself basis was a nice touch as was the roof terrace and the garden areas to relax. The free weekend morning yoga was a treat and the teacher was extremely good. There is parking opposite the hotel for which there is a payment for but you can enter and exit as much as you like.

The Vera certainly deserves its no 1 status on TripAdvisor. It is beautifully and thoughtfully designed with lovely little touches, like all-day snacks and coffee and a wine tasting station! There was also access to a gym, rooftop bar, and cultural activities. It is located on a gorgeous street right near Nve Tsedek, with loads of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Would highly recommend and certainly will stay again!

location is great and a lot of nice place around for dining and enjoying nightlife. staff are wonderful and we liked the wine tasting machine and some service offered like yoga or running group complimentary to the stay. Breakfast is superb and fresh. The biggest positive about this hotel is the members of its staff.

this hotel is number one in many list but this come with the importance of details. Tower for the beach given at the redemption are pretty small. We really didn’t liked the in-room toilet only behind a glass cabin not even closing property. Just for this I would never return or recommend. Addition of freaky cooked options for the breakfast would be a nice addition. Hotel look brand new but they should have invested in better windows for soundproofing. We felt they try to play it luxury hotel but there is too many small details that don’t make it.

Great location, comfortable parking not far away. The hotel is very tidy and beautiful, nice launge, clean and stylish with good vibes. The staff was super nice and welcoming and gave us good restaurant recommendations (I have to mention that most of them spoke mainly English). The room was just right and the breakfast was reach and delicious (and in a great price)! We had a very nice stay and would recommend our friends! P.S.- Don't miss walking around in Neve Tzedek!

Personally I wish there was a pool/sauna/jacuzzi in the spa or on the roof but It's not a big deal.

Nothing to blame the hotel for, but Tel Aviv is pretty noisy on Fridays :) Nothing more, nothing less - maybeeee the rooms can have a bit more night lights. That's it.

Chill vibes, great design of public and private areas. Friendly staff provided quick and effective service with personal touch and care for the small details. Our room was well equipped. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The self-serve wine bar is a real treat.

The bed was comfy, but there's room for improvement. We could tell by the smell that past guests definitely smoked in our non-smoking room :/

Loved the industrial design & vibe that paralleled Brooklyn’s Williamsburg style. The tasty spread @ the breakfast buffet hit all the right notes, & I was sure to take advantage of the complimentary glasses of wine selections to enjoy them on the rooftop @ dusk. Lastly, the staff was incredibly engaging and attentive.

The staff is very nice and the free wine, coffee,etc. was great. The location is pretty good.

The rooms are rather small and simple for this price. Parking arrangements are very bad. Not only you have to pay a lot you have to move the car.
