staff are accommodating, Breakfast is fine, multiple pools, evening entertainment, poolside entertainment, free parking, nice kids pool

1. Evening entertainment was very loud from 8pm to 10pm. not ideal with small children trying to sleep 2. it's dated. sofa in the room was old, shower has low pressure and looks old 3. cleanliness level is not optimal - had to switch rooms because of ants, hallways are not clean, areas around the pool not tidy 4. there's a scramble for poolside beds each morning

Friendly staff, huge swimming pool with sections of various depths, kids swimming pool with the pirate theme was perfect for our 3 year old boy, fast internet throughout the facilities, huge selection in breakfast, family suite was perfect for us.

Check in and check out hours, our room was exactly above the night events area and quite noisy, air condition control in the room was locked so we couldnt change temperature, pool bar didnt have variety of drinks to meet our expectations, the theme restaurants of the hotel are in different building in walking distance from the hotel and most dont work in weekends,

Always our first choice for a quick weekend getaway as we live close by. For £ to value it’s probably the best in Limassol for what you get all inclusive. You can eat all day and evening with enough variety to tickle your taste buds and drink from 10am right through to midnight if you want to get on it. Our main reason for coming here though is it’s our 5 year old son’s favourite place. The pools keep him entertained throughout the day but if you want more then there’s kids clubs and activities spanning through the day. The evening entertainment is so far the best we’ve found. Outside so you can breathe and sit at a distance you like for loudness. Bingo, kids disco and finished off with a live act. We always arrive with a free room upgrade with wine and robes which is a nice compliment. Rooms tidy with ample space with top notch soaps and shower gels (most don’t even supply). If you feel guilty in eating and drinking too much you can go to the gym, do laps in the indoor pool, play squash or use the spa.

If you want a prime sun bed you’ll need to be up early. It doesn’t bother us personally as there’s plenty around at the kids pirate ship or a few rows back at the main pool.

The staff were lovely. They are certainly a strength of the hotel.. Decor is warm and cosy . It was off season so the hotel wa quiet and calm. Beds were comfy and bathroom had a huge bath. We had a peaceful relaxing one night stay. Indoor swimming pool was pretty. Overall I think it was value for money and we would think about staying again.

The evening buffet was not the best. I know it was off season and they probably keep thing to a minimum to avoid waste but many of the serving dishes were empty. Breakfast was better. And there were snacks available at cafe till 5pm. Avoid the white wine and stick to cocktails. The view from windows isn't the prettiest but since this hotel is cheaper than those on the seafront you can't really complain. It does have the smallest balcony I have ever seen. It made us laugh when we saw it. Maybe it is so you don't focus on the view.

Very spacious and well organized hotel, heated indoor pool - perfect for a December stay Even the outdoor pools were clean in winter, with the great weather we had, I actually used the children's pool with my daugther. Well maintained gym. Very friendly staff Great location for exploring the island

The breakfast was very basic, not like a 4* hotel Very little parking space, even for low season, I assume this is a problem in high season

The reception, lounge and breakfast area were great! They looked like they have recently been renovated. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The pool area was organised with enough beds as well as a bar that was serving guests. Location is great - within walking distance from the beach and a 2-minute drive from cafés, restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was polite and helpful with everything we asked for.

The parking could be bigger. It might be sufficient for off-peak periods but definitely not for the busier ones! It was hard to find space and most of the times I had to look around the area and park outside. Our room (TV, A/c, furniture etc.) and in general the complex are old and in need of renovation. Looking down from the balcony of the room, the side of the hotel was dirty; some stuff were just tossed and left there. So the view was not that pleasant.

Excellent location, just next to the beach and the city center.. The hotel is very big with many pools and provides everything to guests. Extremely rich breakfast and excellent service from the staff.

The hotel in general and the rooms need renovation. Is a wonderful place, with everything a 5 star hotel offers, however need to be renovated outside and inside. The decoration of the rooms is out-dated and need to become modern. Due to all inclusive packages, most of the guests are foreigners and the service at the pools need to be upgraded. The pool bar do not offer snacks or quick meals, just drinks, something which is not convenient for non all-inclusive guests

Comfortable, clean hotel in a great location. Staff were very kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner had good, tasty selection of foods and drinks. I loved the swimming pools. The only downside was the extra payment and prebooking required for sauna and steam. Great spa for good value, I'd highly recommend massage therapist Mercy. I'd stay there again.

The location of the property is very good . With large swimming area. The staff are very nice , specially the Receptionist team.

The rooms don’t have electricity sockets near the bed to charge the phones. It was really a draw back.

Great breakfast, clean rooms and a great pool area for the kids

The kid's area is very slippery so was very dangerous for both kids and adults, also the fact that wet pool towels could only be changed once in three days is inconvenient as they did not dry during the night and there was nowhere to hang them, also the room was for a family and I was staying with small kids and we could hear entertainment outside and then underneath us in the bar (as we were right above it) until quite late in the night
