The room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect too. Good quality soap, shampoo and shower gel was available.

I enjoy cooking occasionally during vacation since eating out all the time can be tiring. The kitchen in the room was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. However, it would have been helpful if they provided very basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, or olive oil, especially since these items aren’t sold in small quantities nearby. Buying them just for a short stay is inconvenient, as we end up having to leave or throw them away.

The location is a short walk from the beach and was very quiet at night. There are numerous supermarkets close by. The staff were very friendly and helped every time I had a question. The cleaning staff also always said hello and regularly came in and put fresh sheets on the beds, which always made my daughter smile. The room I picked was spacious enough for us three and the in room facilities were great (kitchen, TV etc). We stayed on the top floor, overlooking the pool.

Anyone can go on holiday and pick holes in places they stay. There really wasn't anything that warrants that for us.

Lovely staff, everywhere was spotless, pool and bar area very comfortable, breakfast was very good, varied selections of good quality food. Ideal location for family groups, quiet area,but near shops and beach. Apartment was so well equipped, with wash up pack, teatowel, soaps shower gel. shampoo.also safe. Overall excellent.

We were a party of 12 (6 x couples), we were all put on the same floor, we were really pleased with our accommodation it was extremely spacious along with plenty of space/shelves, fabulous shower, quiet and spotless clean, plenty of furnishings, all the staff were so helpful and friendly, great stay

A few times we would have liked to come back and have a drink by the pool, but the bar closed about 8, perhaps it may have opened longer previously but maybe not viable

Everything really the location was very good, it’s not right by the beach but neither are many hotels. Reception staff are very friendly and very helpful. Top marks there. There is the bar to the left of the main entrance like 2 mins walk away if even is just lovely fantastic food great value drinks friendly staff

The pool on the really hot days was a bit cramped. But they have a tight space which they have done the best they can with.

Really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The whole complex was very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed was in the apartments. Continental breakfast was lovely, plenty of everything. About 5 to 7 mins walk to the beach front.

No entertainment at night in the complex.

Very relaxed feel to the place. Lots of young family’s. Pool was small but no issues as we always got a sun bed and it wasn’t very busy all the time. Staff were lovely and very helpful, especially the young woman on reception. Potent sangria🍹😂. Air con excellent. Tossa is gorgeous an abundance of small quaint streets. Fab scenery, loads of restaurants, 5 minute walk!!

Rooms were extremely small, we were two adults and an 11 year old. Our sons were next door and same story. Breakfast was ok not great after 7 days straight, continental but was very plentiful in fairness and plenty of sweet pastries which kids enjoyed.

Apartments were clean and well maintained, location was ideal for our needs. Short walk to the beach or into the town, parking (paid) was useful as parking in Tossa is difficult and expensive.

Pool a little crowded at times but to be expected in peak season

The staff was amazing. We arrived late at night and Jesus from the front desk was so nice and friendly. The room is spacious, with a lovely balcony and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and the shower had a nice water pressure. Breakfast was served until late so that was very appreciated, it had more than I expected. The location of the hotel is great, supermarkets and town close by with plenty of options.

We had two single beds put together, would have been nice to have a big bed to share with my boyfriend but it was ok. But other than that I loved every bit of our stay

Good location, just a few minutes' walk to the town centre. The room and hotel was clean and comfortable, and all staff were very helpful. Nice pool area, with plenty of beds available. The games room and pool table went down well with our teenage son.

They charge 20 euros a day for parking... We found a great parking spot a short walk away, it was 3.50 euros for 5 hours and free from 9pm to 10am, which suited us fine as we were out and about most days.
