Very beautiful, comfortable hotel. Everything was very nice during our stay. We had few electronics issues, but all of them was sorted out fast. We really enjoyed our vacation. Personal in the hotel is very friendly, polite and professional. I want to mention some specific people, because they will make sure that you will enjoy your stay. Firstly, restaurant employers, special thanks to Vadim, Ilona and Zenya for taking care of us and making everything so we will be pleased. Secondly, I want to mention hotel director Dani, in case you will have any problems or inconveniences during your stay, he will personally be there and help with everything. Last but not least, I want to mention Despina, she was very friendly, helpful and professional. She helped us to find and organise all of our activities, solved each and every issue we had and was very helpful overall. With everything said, We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will consider to coming back whenever we will be travelling to Crete.

Pillows

We had a really lovely week with our 9 month old baby in a junior suite (with pool). The room was lovely, and worked perfectly for us with a baby, allowing us to relax during her naps. The main pool area is gorgeous too. The food was excellent, at the time of our stay it was a buffet but we were told they are going back to à la carte. The complimentary massage was a very nice extra and we rated the spa highly. The location is great, on the edge of Elounda. We walked in to the town which is doable along a lane (unlit) but easier when not baking hot. Taxis are easy and affordable. The hotel private beach is lovely and the shuttle to get there works extremely well. The staff are a true asset to this hotel. They really go above and beyond are are so so friendly and kind. They made us so welcome and were exceptionally lovely to our baby. Special mention to the guys running the breakfast, dinner and bar! A further special mention to Athina running the kids club who was wonderful! All in all: a gorgeous and calm boutique-y all inclusive hotel/villas and we would certainly return.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Elounda, a quiet and charming village. The hotel is set on a hill and has amazing views, which we enjoyed every day. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for peace, relaxation, and a touch of luxury. Our villa had a private pool, and our 10-month-old baby, had the best time splashing around and enjoying the sunshine What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but we have to give a special thanks to Despina, who went out of her way to make our little one feel loved and cared for. Dinner was always delicious and well prepared — we just wished there were a few more options to choose from.

First of all, the staff are what make this place shine. Jane and Vespina (hope I've spelt this right?!) were both amazing throughout our stay. Vespina constantly checked in on us to make sure we were happy and was an absolute star. Having a private pool and gorgeous room overlooking the sea was just what we needed to wind down and relax after a very hectic wedding week in Rethymnon. The buggy drivers were great at getting us to and from our room, the food was amazing and all of the staff extremely friendly. I also had a deep tissue massage from the on site masseuse and it was incredible! We will definitely be back!

The only thing we weren't keen on is lack of evening entertainment/things to do. However, Elounda is the perfect place for a quiet getaway for relaxation.

The breakfast was very good - and the staff were happy to take special orders. The manager and receptionists could not be more helpful - they understand what guests on vacation need to keep them relaxed. The location is fine with the views from even the smallest villas excellent

The parking is quite limited and tight especially when other guests do not park considerately and take up two or more spaces even with small cars. Proper marked bays would resolve the issue. Room service hours and range of options should be extended for a hotel of this standard

Spent our honeymoon here and Elounda Gulf was the best choice without a doubt. The resort has a quiet luxury vibe, feeling secluded while having an excellent location. Our room (Patmos Suite) had stunning views to Spilanolnga island and was very comfortable with a private pool. The staff were phenomenal (special shoutout to Despoina for her recommendations) making sure we had everything we need without being pushy. The beach club - only a short ride with the hotel transfer felt exclusive and was stunning.

Only small point for improvement (although it did not affect our stay); The restaurant needs a bigger variety of lunch options (breakfast was great!)

A perfect place! The service was truly exceptional – especially thanks to Louise, Angela, and Despina at the reception, along with Danny the manager. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, taking care of every little detail to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. The place itself is truly special – peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by breathtaking views in every direction. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the shared areas. There was a warm, personal, and family-like atmosphere, and every request was met quickly and with a smile. Highly recommended – we will definitely be coming back

Our stay at this villa was magnificent. The property is breathtaking, every detail reflects luxury and comfort, from the elegant design to the amazing view. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding personal service. The staff were attentive. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Also additional thank you for Louise and stuff who cleans this huge villa so good. This is more than a place to stay, it’s an experience of true incredible holiday. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect

We had a truly amazing experience at the hotel! Dani the manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly, professional, and always ready to help especially Vespina! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. It looked even better than in the photos!! The food was delicious! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place and good service!

Very kind and professional staff, wanting to go the extra leg to offer best service. The facilities are great. Room had a superb view. Apartment was well equipped. We also had a nice private swimming pool. Restaurant serves excellent food and is reasonably priced. Breakfast is also of good quality.

The hotel does not have direct access to the sea. But it however has a very nice private beach (incl beach restaurant) which is easily accessible by car or via the quick shuttle.
