We really loved the outside of the apartment, very nice garden and seating area. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We could rent sunbeds and umbrellas which was super convenient. The staff was hands-on and ready to help.

- lot of wasps outside, it was impossible to have dinner or snack outside on the terrace as we were always under the attack of wasps - cats wandering around - sometimes missing bins in the common area - some things in the kitchen would need improvement as some parts looked broken

Everything. Idyllic and safe. Amazing staff. Had everything we needed for our family of 6. Would stay again. They even brought us cake on my son’s birthday. Just the nicest place and people.

The bus stop at the end of the street was unfortunately out of service due to roadworks. That is beyond the property’s control though, of course. But it was our only negative.

the host who met us when we arrived was wonderful.. she was very kind and helpful to us throughout our stay. The property is beautiful inside and out and well maintained.The kitchen is very large and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. This place is very remote so you will need a car if you plan to stay there.

There are several things that should be improved to make a stay perfect: there are no comfortable chairs to sit on in the beautiful garden though there is lots of space. The apartment advertises a fireplace which would have been great for cold evening but we were told we were not allowed to use it. We suggest this be removed as a feature of the apartment on the listing. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment as that was all that was available on our dates. Though we were only 2 people we were charged for linens for 6 people (6 sets) though we only used 2. Be aware that there are 2 dogs right next door that may bark for hours for no reason… and the dog owner cannot be reasoned with.

Private area for barbecue, really good and fast internet. In Appartment was everything what needed. We was living in Appartment 1. Host is really friendly.. Also parking place foe customers.

One Bett has a border, so if you are more than 185, you will feel it..

Amazing villa with a lovely garden. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is helpful and welcoming. 10 min drive to Poetto and to all you might need.

Wonderful hosts in a beautiful setting. The accommodation was exceptional, and we loved spending time in the open courtyard. Great location off the beaten path, but close enough to the beach and a quick drive to Cagliari.

Spacious, cosy and wonderful place to stay. Perfect outdoor seating for lazy morning breakfast. Garden is one piece of art and everything charge you with good emotions and energy. Parking is next to the house, and it is marked. So u can happily travel around the coast.

Maybe the cats. They are professional beggars 😂.
