The property offers a peaceful atmosphere and an excellent location in close proximity to the sea.

Spacious and clean; good shower pressure; nice staff. Location is 1min away from the beautiful beach (right side had sea weed, left side perfect and clean). We had balcony and it was perfect to relax during midday and when it was too hot to be on the beach. There is 1 good but pricey restaurant next to the property and town is some 35min walk away, but you can find electric scooters around then it is 10 min. One pizza place delivers pizza, ask staff:)) If you wonder how to get there: Villasimiusexpress.it goes from Cagliari airport to Park Bussi stop, then walk or take local taxi (need to call them and it is fixed rate).

My stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic. What I found on arrival exceeded my expectations. The property is set in a beautiful garden, and it’s just a minute’s walk to a stunning sandy beach. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and cheerful. The room had everything I needed. In short, the stay was amazing!

Location was amazing. Short walk to beach and to the lake to see 🦩🦩. Stunning. Peaceful place, great parking. We booked last minute so we're really impressed. Would recommend. Short drive to harbour and town. Room décor was good quality. Lovely wooden carved headboard, all matching with cabinets, wardrobe etc.

Perfect location right at one of the most beautiful beaches with plenty of options to visit others nearby. Secure parking, lovely garden. Very clean room, great shower!

Very good location close to the beach. Our room had a small garden terrace, liked to have an outdoor breakfast though had to make it ourselves. But there was a coffee machine in the room, were enough of coffee capsules for breakfast If you need to get to a nearby village, you need to have your own car. Villasimius is a very nice town, everything is there from nice shopping till good restaurants

It should be more clear that this is a holiday residence which means that the cleaninig of the room is not daily as well as changing of the towels.

2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, not far from the village, you can walk to the village if not too hot, pretty village with supermarket and plenty of places to eat, we did not eat breakfast at the property so cannot comment.

Excellent location, with the beautiful beach at hand. Cozy and comfortable place with a lot of facilities. Pleasant and helpful staff. We had a great stay.
