The location was perfect! We hopped from their nice outdoor pool (a must) to the beach that is literally across the street from the hotel. The staff was outstanding and catered to our every need. The hotel is spotlessly clean and they offered a large Continental breakfast with a large variety of items to choose from. The rooms as cool with Air Conditioning, a must have in the heat wave and the outdoor pool was the perfect temperature to cool off. My daughter and I basically did “Pool to Beach, Beach to Pool” during our stay. There are a few restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner but the hotel had endless supplies of cold drinks for us.

The Staff are amazing😍 My Mum had an accident on whilst she was on holidays from Australia shes been in a hospital for 2.5 weeks and I have been in this beautiful part of the world incagliar for 10 days, spending most of it in hospital, I was staying in Petrarca which was pretty cental to the old town and easier to catch the bus to hospital, cause it was too hard to call a cab due to the English and italian language barrier. When i finally got the information that she can fly home..i needed to get out od the b&b that i was staying in and found the Hotel Nautilus right on the beach a good place to just re ground yourself the beds are amazingly comfortable the staff are wonderful and breaky is beautiful. I cant fault one minute if the time ive had to be here. Its nice to have a front desk and people to talk to to help organise transfers from the hospital but the bus system in this town is easy and frequent also once you work it out.

Close to the Poetto beach. Close to Bus stop. Bed is very convenient to sleep. Small cozy balcony with furniture. Free bikes to rent.

There are no dishes and glasses in the room. We had breakfast at 8.30am, and scramble eggs had finished. Breakfast is planned 7-10am, but nobody served them again. There is no coffee machine in a restaurant, so you need to wait a waiter brings you some coffee.

Location is as perfect as it can be, first line in front of Poetto beach and less than 100m from La Sella del Diavolo beach bar, where the hotel keeps sun loungers you can use for free during your stay, additionally you can borrow a beach umbrella from the hotel for free and you can rent beach towels for a one time 3 EUR fee/person for your stay. The location is good for runners/bikes with dedicated lane on street, supermarket Despar was half a km away or ~7 min walk. The area has lot of restaurants, beach bars and it is not far away from the port. The beach was nice for us, it is shallow with crystal clear water, but the beach can get busy in afternoon. The hotel has a pool which is not that big but wasn't that busy for us during a peak summer period. Room was decently sized, cleaned daily and towels can be changed daily if you request it, AC was working fine and was okay to leave on entire night without feeling dry and cold in the morning. Slippers were provided. Breakfast was in a buffet format, many croissants, basic eggs and bacon, sweets, porridge, yogurt etc. For a summer holiday stay in Italy it was a good breakfast offer. Staff are very, very friendly so just ask questions about anything you need or you have problems with. The hotel doesn't have an iron, but the staff were kind enough to lend us a steamer for our clothes. They also arranged taxi for us both for arrival and departure from the airport with no hiccups. The hotel has several recommendations for restaurants, including one of their own which has a small discount. Cagliari is 15 minutes by bus, stop is 3 min walk from hotel, ticket costs 1.3 EUR one-way/person buy at the beach bar. The highlight for us was the fact the hotel is fine to allow the use of beach towel and lending of sun loungers, beach umbrella as well as provide access to pool for people who have already checked out on their last day. You can store the luggage safely and there is a toilet near the reception.

Just a small issue that can be easily fixed: the shower at the pool needs cleaning/descaling. Some basic amenities like kettle and tea in the room would have been great too.

The staff were amazing - so helpful, so thoughtful, they gave an extra special personal service - nothing was too much trouble and they were really kind.

The breakfast was good by Italian standards as breakfast is not such a big thing in Italy but may be disappointing compared to other European hotels. It would have been good if they put out some bananas at breakfast. I did think it was quite expensive for a 3* but I couldn’t fault it and would stay again and recommend to anyone! :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome at the reception was very warm and friendly, which made us feel comfortable right away. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we especially appreciated that we could easily reach everything by bike. The hotel kindly provided us with bicycles, which made exploring the area very enjoyable. The staff was always helpful and extremely kind, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended

The aesthetics in each room could easily be a 4 or 5 star room. They really are something special. Always very clean, modern and comfy. Rooms are spacious too. Staff were always very helpful and kind. Cosy swimming pool area at the back of property and the location in terms of beach proximity is idealic.

The only thing I'd like them to consider is to keep the pancakes & eggs warm. It would make the breakfast experience much tastier. But overall, it was a truly memorable stay.

Charming helpful staff help make this good comfortable hotel excellent. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay and everything you need, they really are so lively and welcoming.. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is surrounded by well maintained gardens that give it a very tranquil feel, and is just across the road from Poetto beach and several good restaurants. Also great bus stop into Cagliari just behind the hotel.

Great Location: The hotel is located right on Poetto Beach, making it convenient for beach access and beautiful views. Beach Facilities: The hotel offers towels for €3 to rent, which was very handy for beach trips. They also provided shower facilities for €10 when we had a late flight, allowing us to freshen up with towels and shampoo without having to pay for an extra night. Comfortable Room: The room was really good—comfortable and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Excellent Restaurant with discounted price: The restaurant besides the hotel (Litus Restaurant) was excellent, offering a 10% discount for hotel guests. The food was amazing, especially the linguine with clams, which was one of the best we had in Sardinia. The restaurant is highly rated on Google, and it lived up to the reviews. Good Entertainment Options: The TV had a great variety of entertainment, including Sky Sports and access to Netflix and other streaming services, which made relaxing in the room enjoyable. Polite and Helpful Staff: The staff were extremely polite, always available to help, and gave great suggestions for places to visit and eat. Shuttle Service: The hotel provided a punctual shuttle service to the airport at a fair price (€ 35), and it was convenient that they accepted card payments for the service

Overall I would recommend it and I would visit again. Value for money is good. We had a room with balcony and it was really cute. Loved the decoration. Room was tidy and clean also. Only thing that I would say wasn't on point was that I had trouble breathing during the night, not sure why that was. Maybe lack of oxygen in the room or could have something to do with the building. This was my experience as someone who is very sensitive to react to dust, mold etc. imperfections in the air. For others I think there would be no problem. My boyfriend didn't have any problems. The location was great as it was just by the beach. We even saw flamingos close by. Staff was also friendly and ready to help. It as a very good accommodation :)
