Cheap, clean rooms, friendly staff, crib provided, spacious.

The crib mattress was too soft for my son at his age. I thought he might suffocate, but maybe that's just my paranoia. So I removed the mattress to just use the pack n play provided mattress, but it seemed very old and dirty. My son woke up in the middle of the night completely under the mattress. We didn't get much sleep that night.

A wonderful place to stay! The staff were extremely supportive and went out of their way to help. There’s a convenient public parking area right at the hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable - ideal for a one-night stop, which suited us perfectly since we were just passing through. We definitely recommend this hotel!

The bed was comfortable and clean. There was parking everywhere available and it’s right by the tram station, so it’s convenient to take the tram into the city. The staff was really friendly

It didn’t have much personality and looked a bit like there was still construction going on from the outside. The walls were a little thin but really it’s great for what you pay - can’t expect too much

Conveniently located 10 minutes by car from the centre and even closer to the shopping complex Chateaufarine. The studio was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The kitchenette was great as it saved having to go out for a meal. This was why I chose this establishment.

It would have been a big plus to have air conditioning but it wasn't an option. That said, the temperatures were exceptionally high. I couldn't sleep with the window open as I am unused to noise from traffic. If you're used to normal town noises - traffic / sirens, then this wouldn't be a problem.

The hotel was a little bit difficult to find, due to a construction site in front of it, and the gps wanting to send us down a bus/tram only street. There is a parking garage for a fee, but we opted to park our two motorcycles in the parking lot in front of the hotel, which was fine. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. The room was comfortable and fairly spacious. It’s a bit of a walk to restaurants, and some of it quite hilly. We walked to a shopping centre about 20 mins away, where there were several options.

The breakfast room is quite small and got very crowded in the morning. The buffet was laid out right inside the door, which created some “traffic issues”. But selection was ok.

Just be careful when booking. There are two Zenitude locations... one in the city center and one in the shopping district. Staff were very understanding when I realized I had booked the wrong location and facilitated my transfer to the alternate hotel location for my second night's stay.

Staff very good and helpful. Room fine and clean, including kitchenette. Plenty of outside parking, and underground secure parking if needed. Very good rate - not sure how they can do it. Easy to get back on the autoroute.

Further from town than expected, but probably my mistake. There is a tram very close by which probably is a good way into the city, otherwise a ten minute drive.

I arrived late, so reception was closed, but the staff had already emailed me late check-in details and I was able to get into my room very easily. Clean comfortable room, didn't really need to use the cooking facilities, but the studio would have been very comfortable for a longer stay.

Very helpful staff (even when you arrive late in the evening) Value for your money! Small kitchen with fridge. Possibility to get fresh water from a dispenser.

Even if the residence is i note suburb, you can reach easily the centre by surface metro (30 minutes) with a cheap fare. The residence is pretty new and very modern.

A little far away from the center, but reachable by metro.
