Everything was perfect!

Nothing. This is like our home place.

The accommodation is perfect for a young couple or a friend group. So close to town but also in a quiet neighbourhood so perfect when you want to party and visit markets in the evening but also enjoy some quiet time by the pool. Very nicely designed and the outdoor area is comfy and gives tropical jungle vibes. The pool area is a bit smaller than expected but nevertheless it was more than enough for us! We travelled in may-june so that was the low season and i think at some point we were the only guests in the hotel, so that could have been the reason we had plenty of privacy and room outside and enough sunbeds. So keep that in mind when you travel high season-if you plan on staying by the pool the whole day it might get tight. The previous comments mentioned that the hotel was located on the hill- yes, it could be hard to reach for older people but we never had any problems, you’ll be sweaty either way thanks to Thai humidity. Taxis never had any problem taking us up and we rented bike most of the time and it was very convenient. You can rent the bike on the property with reasonable price.

It really isnt anything bad but if you are working remotely then there isn’t table+chair you can work from, but luckily i didn’t have to do much work and you can always go to a cafeteria etc for working. Also, the pillows are big and stiff- we didnt mind (and didn’t ask if they have other options), but just mentioning incase someone does.

The property is really worth the money. Exceptionally clean, very good staff, nice pools to relax, spacious room with nice wardrobe, refrigerator and kettle. Also, nice Balcony.

It's about 1.5 km from Patong Beach. If you plan to walk back, then be ready to climb the steep road towards the property from the main road. Also, if you have someone who can't climb steps, then this is not the right choice for you.

Value for the price, the location is from the busy Patong. You get a view of the nature and you can also see buildings from the main center. The swimming pool is good, it's warm. The room is bigger that I thought. The staff speaks English a little. They clean your rooms well and refills your water. I liked my stay here!!! It's like home away from home.

The location is on a steep road. So if you carry luggages or have difficulty going up and down the hill then better to book a taxi or rent a bike from them.

Its very clean and quiet place away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the shops and lots of halal food nearby. Close to the mosque which is important for us muslim. But you will need to rent a motorbike (available at the property) to get to the places as it is situated uphill. Make sure to get your international license as the cop is everywhere targeting tourist. There are no one to help you at the front dest though so if you will need information forget about it you have to do your own research.

The guesthouse was extremely clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. I felt completely safe during my time here, with great attention to detail in both cleanliness and security. The overall vibe was so positive, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. From cleanliness to comfort and safety, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to others. I'm already looking forward to returning next year!

We had a fantastic one week stay. The staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned to a very high standard everyday. The hotel also had a great laundry service and scooter hire making our stay very easy and hassle free. The hotel is set on a hill only a few minutes from the main town and our balcony overlooked central Patong town. It was a great peaceful location with an amazing view and very easy to access the main strips especially with a scooter. There is an amazing restaurant which also has a view of Patong only a few minutes walk up the road which we visited multiple times in our stay. Overall a very peaceful and quiet stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect spot to live directly in Patong but have some quiet and even a nice view for your time “at home”.. we loved this place, exactly what we were looking for, we booked the upper one of the larger apartments (with kitchen) which nicely suits 2 persons.. you have lots of space, a great terrace with a nice view, the pool area is cosy but beautiful and we loved dipping into the pool in the evening after our trips to Patong center or the surrounding beaches, the owner is such a nice and genuine person, that helps with everything.. all staff is great and what was a special thing I really liked is how the main reception area was decorated.. lots of surf pictures, sculptures, trophys, very unique and absolutely lovely.. and the prices are more than worth it.. yes the road to it is a little steep but with a scooter no problem at all and my wife even liked walking up the small hill.. we can only recommend this place and are happy that we had found it searching for a nice place to stay in “crazy” Patong 😁 - and (especially as we experienced in other locations later on something else) the pool area is nice and small but lovely decorated and the pool water actually refreshes.. perfect temperature and cleanliness.. and we loved to dip into it every evening even after spending the days on different beaches in the region ;) Of course this is a personal judgment based on what we wanted and expected.

Actually nothing.. we liked really everything about our stay at Baan Andaman Sea Surf Guesthouse. You could argue about the steep road ... but if you are sporty no problem by foot, and if you have a scooter not problem as well.
