This is a very lovely guesthouse, beautifully constructed, with 4 rooms. The manager and his young staff, Ibrahim, were both very nice and helpful and hospitable. Ibrahim was always making sure, I was okay and that I got back to the guesthouse allright. He even hung out in the garden and taught me some arabic :-) Also their driver was very nice and took me to Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple. Prices were okay. I really enjoyed my time here and can only highly recommend!

Everything about Luxor Villa Hatshepsut was perfect. Firstly, the villa is stunning & immaculate. The grounds are well maintained, with beautiful Egyptian art decor,colourful and spacious. The interior is amazing, the rooms are humongous, well ventilated with high ceilings, very large bathrooms & everything a guest would need. The villa is also very safe & secure with cctv cameras all around the property for an extra sense of security. All historic sites in Luxor are nearby including The Valley Of The Kings, The Temples etc while the hot air balloon rides are mere stones throw away.

I liked everything about the property.

The hotel is in a very central location. The rooms are very clean and very big. They help you with everything. Convenient tour programs during the day like the possibility to visit all the areas by car. The garden is very nice. You can relax and have breakfast while listening to the birdsong. Khaled is in constant contact with you and asks if you need anything, how was your day, what you want. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is Khaled's family's neighborhood and very safe. And of course Ibrahim. He is a very good boy. He will always support you. If you are going to Luxor, definitely choose this hotel. Reasonable price, clean hotel room, support in everything. We loved it, thank you very much, we are very satisfied, we will come again. Turkey🇹🇷

The staff was amazing and helpful. Not only did Mohammed provide a car and chauffeur for a very reasonable price, but the chauffeur went over and beyond in taking us around the area and helping us navigate the varied sites. When we were tired of walking through the ancient sites, our guide gave us some alternative options. The sailboat down the Nile River at sunset could not have been more perfect. The air conditioning worked great and the room darkening curtains allowed to sleep deeply. The room had everything we needed.

I highly recommend staying at Luxor villa hatshepsut for many causes the first thing because the appartment is very clean , comfortable and safe The second thing because the owner who is Mohammad is a very kind and generous person who recieved you as one of his family and arrange for you everything with a very good and acceptable price thank u for everything Mohammad ❤️

The building is neat, with thoughtful design, adequately roomy, well outfitted and comfortable. It’s located in a very local/non-tourist-centric neighborhood. Their outdoor garden area is inviting, a pleasant place to enjoy breakfast in the morning, and to sit with the host for tea by the campfire in the evening. I slept well, had plenty of hot water, felt safe, the good was presented speedily and was tasty, and my hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The owner’s grandfather built the place some years ago. I enjoyed one evening visiting with him and meeting some of his family. The housekeeper, attendant (Abrahim) that works and lives full-time on the premises was very kind, helpful, and respectful.

The location on the West Bank of the Nile is a little off the typical tourist hotel path. This isn’t really a bad thing. I was using transportation arranged when in Cairo, and the driver I was connected with wasn’t familiar with its location and had some difficulty finding his way. I was able to show him the phone number of the villa, he called and we were met with an escort to lead us the rest of the way. It was a fun little adventure. As with other hotels and guest houses I stayed in, be sure to turn your water heater on With enough advance to warm your water for a shower (if you’re there when it’s cool and you actually want the water to be warm).

Very nice host everything as in the description, passport photos via whats-up were enough so we didn't have to carry them with us, he arranged transport from the nile area to the facility for a normal rate and the next day we had a taxi at our disposal on message at normal prices, breakfast was also included in the price. We were April 2-3, 2025. We sincerely recommend this facility no problems no surprises, the host very nice and friendly.

The property is beautiful and much nicer than the price tag. The rooms is very nice and clean. The breakfast was the best we had in Egypt. Proper nice local food with fuul, honey, breads, fruit...the full works. Staff were friendly and the main manager spoke excellent English. The location is perfect for peace and quiet and if you have a driver to take you to the sites you wish to visit.

We felt a bit isolated 4km from the ferry crossing. We had planned to rent bikes to compensate for this but it turned out to be much harder than expected as closest bike rental was near the ferry area. If you get a puncture it's going to be tough to sort it out. So best for people who have a car ready or have their own transport.

Fantastic place - an oasis of peace really - located on the outskirts of an Egyptian village, so dont get scared while getting there ;) Its beautiful, comfortable, clean and most of all - quiet place close to nature( a true blessing after all the noise and hassle of the busy Luxor downtown or the temples ). The host Muhammad and his son are both very helpful , respectful and polite. They were able to quickly organise a late dinner and a car for us to see the temples we wanted without any stress and hassle. We loved every moment of our stay here. Highly recommend

It was by far the best stay during our whole Egypt tour. Everything was just perfect, the owner Khaled responded promptly to any question, he has own car and driver that can bring you anywhere for good price. The whole villa and garden is amazing, clean and peaceful. Within 5 minutes you can reach all sights on the west bank and from the ferry port you can reach it by 5-10 minutes easily. Comparing east and west bank we would definitely stay again on the west bank - much less traffic, noise and most importantly MUCH LESS people trying to get money on the street from you.
