I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

Jaz Amara is a lovely hotel with excellent pools, a large beach, and comfortable, well-maintained rooms. People with impairments can access the hotel. Excellent meals and service staff. All of my expectations were fulfilled, and the receptionists were exceedingly friendly and accommodating. Long pants were required for dinner. The gym has a beautiful view, and Tao Tao was amazing.

Amazing food! A lot of all-inclusive resorts don’t have the best quality of food but Jaz Amara really had great food! Snorkeling at the beach is one of the best snorkeling places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in front of the hotel. Beautiful coral with amazing fish and you easily spot turtles and stingrays as well. I haven’t been able to see a dugong but they are also there. The service is great and the animation team is amazing. Every night top-notch entertainment, it was so much fun. The entire hotel is very clean as well. 0 complaints (and if you do, they fix it right away!)

Everything was amazing. Pools are very relaxing, with a good bar. There is also a big jacuzzi . Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

From check-in to departure, the service was extremely courteous and personal. The rooms are big and provide everything you need. The cleanliness is likewise exceptional. The many restaurants provide a generous selection and plenty of variation. The food are expertly cooked, and the presentation is particularly impressive in Marasi restaurant

We have a fantastic vacation here. The hotel is just excellent. The service at the restaurant is outstanding. The rooms were very clean, and the food was fantastic. The beach is amazing: a lot of turtles, dugong, and fish. We will be back ❤️

My stay at Jaz Amara exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and elegantly decorated. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a variety of delicious dishes catering to all tastes. The evening dining dress code kept the atmosphere classy and elegant, which I appreciated. The facilities were amazing – the pool area was well-maintained, and the private beach was pristine with plenty of sun loungers available. For anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway, Jaz Amara is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

I loved the property, the many pools and the food and restaurant options. Also the room was excellent, spacious and great view from the balcony over the pool area and the sea! WiFi excellent throuout the property allows for working at the property. Great dive center at the location with very friendly staff. Nice beach location with a lovely located beach cafe.

I did really dislike the musical entertainment as really the singers and the sound system sounded terrible and more like bad karaoke. The male staff was not always friendly and behaved arrogant towards especially me as a female traveller. This I especially felt at the beach restaurant. The fact that other tourists are allowed to reserve the sunbeds early in the morning and all day with their towels and belongings without even being there I find an abomination which a hotel of this standard should not allow. You have a policy but it's not implemented.
