Location, adequate parking, very accommodating.

AC didn’t work well, beds felt wet Fan in bathroom was loud and tan all night long with no way to turn off. House keeping besting on door at 8am saying “ oh I’m just checking on rooms. She should know who has checked out with the keys that have been turned in. Not going around knocking on doors early in morning. Breakfast was fair at best. Some sort of dirty stain on curtains.

The people were nice and the location was good.

Things broken, light bulbs out, toilet shaking not tight, stoppers in face bowl not working. No room service unless requested, only every 3 days. I extended my stay about 3 times, each time I had add a $50 deposit and it took 2 -4 days before I receive my deposit after each transaction. Just things like that take away from the experience. The bed was extremely comfortable! The shower pressure was amazing. The Inn was very clean and the breakfast was good ( very much like other places) but what made it better was the staff. At the breakfast bar there was a very nice lady helping all of us and making sure the buffet was stocked even though it was very close to closing. I felt very safe at this establishment (2 Woman and 2 kids under 12) **Excuse our mess**

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The location was great, they allowed my fur babies, it was clean and they had a pool. The room was cozy and clean and it was peaceful.

The outdoors of the facilities needed to be cleaned up a little. Looks like they had some construction going on but there were also things like random spoons on the ground and pieces of wood that could’ve been picked up. Wasn’t a deal breaker though.

Location wise it's a good place to be, but everything was well in the room till my dog found a half eaten honeybun under the bed... totally disgusting, oh and one side of the mattress was sunken, which hurt my wife's back

They helped us return our rental car early and then take us to the departure gate for our early morning flight. They had a bad storm the night before our arrival, but the management had all under control by the time we registered. Would recommend staying at Country Inn in Jackson Ms.

Room was ok. A bit disappointed as i expected a higher standard from radisson.

Breakfast was average minus. No sugar free sweetner. Cereal one kind pre packed etc. Lighting in the room inadequat .

The staff was really nice to the kids, my family was welcomed & it was a great stay.

The pool was super cold & the sun doesn’t shine in on the pool. Needs heated water or something

Room was as I expected it to be. View was great, of the lake behind the hotel.

Traffic was horrible. But after a few hours getting cleaned up and unpacking for the night, we left and it was not too bad.

Manager was amazing. The room was huge and comfortable. I liked the room so much I stayed an extra day. Great breakfast.

I wish the pool would have been outside. (not really even an issue)
