My wife left her mobile phone when we left for Spain. The hotel rang and said it was found. We decided to stay in the hotel on the return journey and the phone was waiting for us. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was good and secure parking was included with the room. The town was amazing and little streets selling lovely items were like something from Harry Potter. Highly recommend a stay there.

Very good location in residential area with schools but less than a 10min walk to the historic centre of the town. So much to see and do and very good choice of bars and restaurants. Secure private parking a bonus. Also as the weather was very hot the crystal clear pool was a great extra. We used it every day. Very good choices at breakfast …buffet style. Hotel restaurant offers a very good lunch too. There is a small traiteur on site as well.

The door at the top of the stairs leading to the rooms was a bit tricky to negotiate with bags and if someone was either trying to come out or using the linen cupboards at the same time. A shame that the owners were not a little more engaging given we were there for 4 nights.

Interesting dinner but would have preferred a restaurant meal. We chose from the traiteur selection and it was microwaved. Sounds off but it was actually delicious. Room was ok. Quite small but bathroom fine if in need of refurbishment. Staff were really lovely and helpful. All in all it was a pleasant stay for one night.

Poor soundproofing. Noisy until very late and think we must have had a bottle bank outside our window. Heating system for water kept clicking in in the early hours and adjoining bathrooms left little to the imagination. The bolster pillow was horrid. I like a pillow to myself.

The room was clean and comfortable and at a fair price. The staff were lovely and had put my iPhone safe for me to collect as I'd left it there by accident a fortnight previously. Would definitely stay there again as it's just a short walk from the main town which is an amazing place to visit. All in all, highly recommend it.

The hotel was spotless and the food and staff were excellent … the bed was comfortable and it was exactly as it was described in so many comments .. and very good value right in the heart of wine region and harvest in full flight .. and they have quite a selection of wine that you can buy also … and a small food market ..

I didn’t realise I couldn’t get into the carpark until 5pm, which was inconvenient at the time. Hotel is in a rather awkward place exactly where the road suddenly becomes one-way.

Comfy bed, very pleasant staff and good breakfast. Husband very pleased with secure parking!

Would have liked a kettle in my room! Could have brought my own teabags and coffee!!

Thought there was a pool due to pictures on booking.com. There was a pool but for private use. Misleading! Even more when instructions in room referred to getting pool towels on request!!

great place for a stopover before an early morning flight from beziers....safe and plentiful parking, great very clean room, very peaceful, close to all the interesting old area for good shops and restaurants
