Everything is perfect. Not just a place to stay, but an experience. Aziz is a wonderful host who is very flexible and always making sure that you have everything you need, he was always making tea and asking us about our plans and advising us to make the trip better. The house itself is well equipped, even in the cold month we were there it was never too cold - in fact it was warm and cosy! The included breakfast is delicious and more than enough to keep you going. The Berber omelet is one of the best I ever had! Finally, the location is excellent and really gives you an insight on life in this area, and is well situated to allow visits to nearby sites like Ait Ben Haddou or the Kasbah in town (which Aziz also gave us a free tour of) The google maps location is not accurate but that is to be expected given the remote location, but simply ask a local for directions like we did and you will find it easily. Thank you so much to Aziz, his family and the ladies who cooked for us, it was an unforgettable trip in the Atlas mountains. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Nothing! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!

Ibrahim is a perfect host. He speaks good English and is knowledgeable about the local area. We were amazed to discover that the owner of this property donates all his profits to support some families in the village. The village is struggling as the kasbah has been closed due to earthquake damage but it’s still worth taking some time to walk around the outside and give a few dirhams to any local guides who may offer information about it. So if you have time to stay over in Telouet and spend a bit of time with the lovely people here, you will never regret it. And they will be so, so grateful.
Bed was a little bit too firm for me

Telouet is very simple and charmless village surrounded by beautiful nature. The road to reach this place is gorgeous. Tizi Maison is like 3 min by foot from the tiny center. The guest house itself is so clean and very nicely decorated. Our room had view on the mountains. Breakfast was so good. Brahim was SUPER kind and an interesting person to talk with. He recommended a place nearby to have dinner, were we have had one of the best Tajines of our trip We had a lovely time over there with our daughters and would love to come back anytime soon !

Brahim was a wonderful host that would go out of his way to make you comfortable. A truly welcoming host. The Hotel was walking distance to everything in Telouet. Beautiful surroundings with the Mountains and the light and sky. The rooms are big and the 2nd floor terrace is a very nice room for watching the sun set over the mountains. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Safe parking in front of the facility.
Internet went down in the middle of the night but back up for breakfast time. Cleansiness of the bathroom could be improved.

We loved everything about this place: its location in the middle of Atlas mountains, far away from the civilisation, traditional, stone architecture of the house, cosiness and traditional design of the rooms, delicious maroccan dinner and breakfest, but most of all the hospitality and kindness of Ibrahim who made our stay an unforgettable experience. Thank you Ibrahim for the time you had for us and for taking a fully proffessional care of all our needs. See you next time!
That we had to leave.

What an amazing stay! The hosts made us feel at home. They gave us loads of recommendations of things to do around (lovely mountains to explore!) and cooked us an amazing dinner and breakfast. The kindness of the host is one of the best we experienced in Morocco. I would recommend anyone to stop over.

Having battled the crowds at Ait Ben Haddou - well actually we took one look at the coaches and checked with a charming local the state of the road to Telouet. He looked at our motorcycle and said fine “ it’s a perfect road for your bike” well he wasn’t wrong. We wound our way on good tarmac up the old Glaouie Pass a stunning road that carries the ghosts of the trans Sahara Caravans en route to Marrakech with a compulsory and expensive stop at the Telouet Kasbah and a serious need to keep out of the Glaouie dungeons ( you need to read “Lords of the Atlas” by Gavin Maxwell). We were fortunate to find ( eventually - it’s a bit hidden!) the Tizi Maison d’hotes, incredible value, very comfortable, lovely en-suite rooms and a great communal supper with some other travellers- just the best sort of travel experience really. To cap it all the excellent Assiz who is Telouets Mr Fix it,not only welcomed us to the Tizi and served our supper and breakfast, he is an official guide to the Kasbah which you MUST visit. The latest building dates from the middle of the last century and was a veritable palace much of the State Rooms still being impressively intact. Didn’t see the dungeons though but you kind of feel they might still have some inmates. Assiz (tall and handsome and in his shades described by the Custodian as the “ Man in Black!) so kindly and proudly walked us around the village and showed us off. With young children and 3 difficult years since Covid guys like this need our support and we were the luck ones to have this chance meeting and to spend our time in Telouet rather Than that overcrowded tourist trap down the road! The Tizi could not have been more perfect
Like many places it’s missing a sign on the front of the building so that when Satnav says you are there you can confirm it! So many thanks for our stay Tim and Charlotte

Everything about this stay was excellent. Lounging areas great, showers probably the best we have experienced in Morocco, breakfast superb. Brahim was a fantastic host
Nothing to do with the property but by Moroccan standards eating out was expensive in this area.

It’s very authentic and Brahim is a very nice host, who took the time to speak to us and explain few things about their culture. The dinner was amazingly good, the vegetables and chicken were super tasty!
Quality / price is fantastic, so nothing to complain about.
