We liked everything about our stay, the hospitality, the care and the professionalism of the staffs are top notch. We went there for our babymoon and they took care of every little thing starting from easy accessibility to the room, the food and they also gave a maternity pillow. They also decorated my room, gifted me bouquet and had a personal musician to sing for me. Special mention to Priya who kept checking if I need anything and also on my wellbeing. Overall, it was the best babymoon.

-cheap beach towels instead of bath towels in the room. -the cheapest possible toilet tissue. - insane crowds during breakfast. Chaotic due to marriage guests mixed with hotel guests. -untrained staff members, all hustling and running around. -quality of food no more than “acceptable”.

Breakfast and Dinner both were upto our expectations and Room was also very comfortable . We will definitely advised our friends and relatives to stay there . Swimming pool at roof top was great. Staff serving at breakfast and dinner was very smart and helpful especially Mr. Kurino and Mr. Bala

We stayed at Taj Horizon and beach was near Heritage ,so going from Horizon to Heritage we didn’t like

Everything was of really good quality — from the warm welcome and helpful staff to the room cleanliness and delicious food. My mom’s birthday happened during our stay, and the team went out of their way to surprise us with a cake and beautiful room decorations. I want to especially thank Harshali who checked in on us every day, helped with all our queries, and made our stay extra comfortable. Also want to thank the chef Vidya (hope got her name right) who specially made jain food for us and made sure we had a variety of options. The property itself is beautiful, with great beach and pool access, excellent service, and a very safe environment. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay, and every detail was handled with so much attention. It was one of the most relaxing and memorable vacations we’ve had, and we can’t wait to come back!

A very minor thing but the chai that was served during breakfast buffet could be better :)

I wanted to celebrate my wife's last birthday before she gives birth to our firstborn. So it was a dual celebration for us. My experience was simply phenomenal. Entire staff seemed to be on their toes to cater us. They were so polite and courteous and specially careful towards my wife because they could see the baby bump. Nikita went out of her way to decorate our room twice on two separate nights. Once to wish us the baby moon and once for the birthday. Lincoln, Chotu and Sunny did a fantastic job of decorating our suite, playing music and just making us happy and proud for starting this journey of parenthood. Our chef Balachandra turned out to be a genius. Apart from the vast array of buffet options, he was simply happy to cook literally anything we could think and want. That felt like royalty. The resort vibe was great, extremely clean, luxurious, comfortable and just so beautiful. I loved to terrace top infinity pool on the Horizon tower as much as the private access beach in the heritage. Taj has done a stupendous job of managing this property. Cheers!

Breakfast was awesome, my family loved it. I was on fast and the chef made custom khichadi for me. The masala tea and filter coffee was awesome. The highlight whilst having breakfast was live flute music. The in-dining experience was also good. Delicious food. Quantity was good. Our room was spacious we asked for an extra bed, still there was enough room to move more around. Our balcony opened directly onto the beach and pool. This experience was extraordinary. My kids enjoyed the club area (played foosball, airhockey, carom, UNO). We went to Horizon where there were rabbits too, kids got to play with them and feed them.

The TAJ hospitality has a reputation which preceeds it and my experience with Cidade de goa is testament to the same. Every staff in the property is an assest and they left no stone unturned to make sure our stay was truly exceptional. Ms Muskan, Mr Veebhav, Mr Ujwal , Ms Ritika from the reception made sure our stay was remarkably comfortable. The gentlemen from the welcome desk Mr Dinesh And Mr James were very amicable and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is extremely delectable with an exhaustive spread and the attention to detail by the restaurant staff deserves a mention. The housekeeping staff are always on beck and call to make sure the rooms are kept impeccably clean with change of linens on demand. The musicians at the reception give us a taste of Goa the moment we enter. The freedom to use the facilities of both Cidade de Goa Heritage and Cidade de goa Horizon is an added advantage. I couldn't think of a better place for a leisurely holiday in GOA. Cidade de Goa is most definitely a highly recommended experience and they ensure their guests are pampered and well taken care off. Looking forward to another memorable vacay with Cidade. Keep it up

Our experience started with Muskan and ended with Muskan, ya the lovely lady who was managing the show was there to welcome us when we reached the hotel and the moment we checked out. Nikita, the Guest Relations officer was very warm, courteous and made sure we had a smooth experience throughout...starting with the checkin process to suggesting places to visit, briefing about the hotel facilities , meeting us during checkout etc. Roshan, the person serving us food at breakfast at the buffet was a such a lovely boy with a smiling face and calm demeanour even during rush hours. The chefs prepare customised love buffet items which is great! Shrinivas Ji , the flute artist took the morning breakfast buffet experience to the next level. His rendition of melodious songs , few on our request too was truly great...such soothing music anchors anyone distracted with their phones back to the holiday mode to enjoy the moment fully. One great thing about staying at Taj Cidade de Goa is that one can experience the facililties of both the Heritage and the new Horizons wing, we enjoyed buffet meals at Horizons too and Parth and Gerard in the Taj Horizons made sure we had a lovely time there. Served us well with their generous smiles even during rush buffet times. There are many others who made our stay memorable but not able to recollect their names. To mention a few, the person who helped in housekeeping and the turndown service in our room everytime we stepped out, the person who served us snacks and tea at the Taj club in Horizon, and the bartenders making amazing virgin drinks near the poolside. Overall the rooms are great, cleanliness and facilities are top notch, staff very customer friendly, pool facilities are very good. We enjoyed the pool at both the Heritage and the Infinity pool at the Horizons wing. Just wowww! Thanks to the entire Taj Cidade De Goa team, we got what we had gone for. Kudos and big claps ! We will visit again for yet another fulfilling trip.

The location and breathtaking sea view were truly exceptional, and the open-air restaurant offered a fantastic experience. The staff deliveried excellent service

I visited this property for the second time, and I noticed a lot of improvement. However, I think there is still some work to be done to match the standards of other Taj properties. I had to send multiple reminders for small things. My room had a slight odor, and I requested a room freshener, but no one attended to it. I have to use my own perfume. Even during breakfast, I had to request tea from multiple people, which sometimes became embarrassing.

Wonderful experience! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the car driver at this property. I realized just before my checkout that I had forgotten my wallet, which contained money. I remembered I might have left it in the car during the city tour. I contacted the driver, Mr. Saleem Mulla, a true gentleman, he immediately checked his car. To my relief, he found my wallet and promptly brought it back to me, allowing me to catch my flight on time. I offered him some money as a token of appreciation, but he graciously refused and simply shook my hand. What a great experience!
