I don't even know where to begin to explain how amazing our stay was. The host Ignazio contacted us before arrival and helped with directions, making sure we find our way to him. It was raining like crazy when we arrived, and he picked us up with an umbrella at our car. We then had coffee in his home where we met his wife and cats. He gave us directions and advice. We were in awe of how hospitable they are and how friendly, despite some language barriers. Our room was amazing, with a great view and a great bathroom. No conplaints. There was even a cleaning lady every day cleaning the room and chaning the towels. Every morning, Ignazio and his wife Catherina prepared a wonderful breakfast on their terrace. They offered coffee or tea, fresh juice, fruits from their garden, frshly baked cake from Catherina, self-made fig jam from Ignazio, bread, butter, and different cheese or omelette. They always made sure we had everything we needed. At the end of breakfast, Ignazio asked about our plans and helped us with that. He gave us amazing advice on what to see. He also has two very cute cats, one of them (Millie, you see her on one of the pics on booking.com) walked around during breakfast asking for cuddles, and everyone loved her! Very cute cat. My partner and I stayed with Ignazio for 5 or 6 nights. Almost every day we went to a restaurant/pizza place down the road and they had the best food and very cheap. One evening, Ignazio helped us order pizza from there as well. My partner and I left with a heavy heart. We had such a good time there and really liked Ignazio and Catherina and their cats. I have to say it again: they are such kind and generous people. It's very touching. We will definitely come back one day ❤️

Staying in this beautiful property at Preazzano feels like living a truly authentic experience from a Italian movie. Breathtaking landscape with a great view of Amalfi coast. The owners, Ignazio and Caterina, are the best hostess you can dream with. Not only they’re sweet people, but they offer guests the best they have. All food is prepared daily by themselves and ingredients are fresh and come right from their backyard. I would definitely come back many other times!

The property is quite distant from the city center and for the ones who are not traveling by car it’s impossible. Also, I would also say the property is not well enlightened properly at night.

The Cassiopea apartment is an excellent base for exploring Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast. The apartment is situated on a hill offering beautiful views. A definite advantage is free parking (if you choose an apartment in Amalfi, for example, finding a parking space can be challenging). I spent the three most wonderful days of my week-long trip through southern Italy with Katarina and Ignazio's family. I felt like I was staying with family, not an apartment. The hosts were very eager to welcome us when our navigation system malfunctioned. Ignazio even drove 8 km to pick us up and guide us to the apartment. They took great care of us and ordered pizza for us when we arrived late in the evening.Ignazio gave us many very valuable tips that saved us time and money. Every day, Katarina served us delicious breakfasts made with her own fresh produce. The taste of the cheese she made is still fresh in my mind.I've been traveling for 20 years and have visited many places where I've met kind and friendly people, but staying with Ignazio and Katarina was truly exceptional. They simply love people. I hope to return to this apartment in the future. As I write this comment, I'm drinking lemon tea from Ignazio and Katarina's garden, which they gave me as a gift from their own garden. No hotel will treat you like this ;) Katarina, Ignazio, thank you so much.

Ignazio was a phenomenal host - helpful, friendly and genuinely caring. He helped get us to places we were trying to visit and acted as a local tour guide in a way that goes above and beyond. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast each morning made by our hosts from local and homegrown produce and products - perfect way to start the day. A true gem and we hope we get to visit and stay again!

It is possible to get arounf with public transport, however life is much easier with a car. Taxi's are expensive, so renting a car would be most convenient.

We love that it’s close to nature. I got very excited with their garden where you will find fresh and sweet grapes, as well as olive trees and I think more vegetables were grown there

A bit far specially for us that’s using public transport. But Ignazio made sure that we have all the information along with the bus stops and the time table when we arrived. So there were no problems to get into your destinations. He even offered us free rides when we arrived and checked out! Everything really compensated because Ignazio and Caterina were a very kind and welcoming hosts!

The only small downside was that the buses in town were sometimes confusing and didn’t always arrive on time, which meant longer waiting times. But of course, this has nothing to do with the B&B itself. Our stay there was otherwise perfect

The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional—they were always available, willing to help with anything, and provided fantastic tips for exploring the region. The room was immaculate and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos, with incredible attention to detail. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, featuring a delicious variety of homemade, 100% Italian products. Enjoying it with a stunning 360° panoramic view of the mountains, the sea, and even the island of Capri was unforgettable—just as described in the photos. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was also ideal, being geographically very close to the most popular tourist attractions in the region, making it the perfect base for exploring the Amalfi Coast. We would recommend this place 100%. It is a real gem, and we can’t wait to return.

If you want to visit the Amalfi and Sorrentine coasts and cities like Positano, Ravello, Amalfi, then this is the ideal location of a nice house with a beautiful view of the islands of Ischia and Capri. We had a wonderful 4 nights with the lovely owners Ignacio and Catherine, who welcomed us warmly and prepared a rich breakfast each morning from coffee, fruit to home-made cheeses, eggs and cakes. I will not forget the fig marmalade. Ignazio advised us on all the maps and coastal routes and Catherine recommended two excellent restaurants. The rooms have everything you need, including a washing machine and toiletries. Fresh spring water in the fridge every day. Wine from the home vineyeard. We will definitely be back. Thank you Catherine and Ignazio.

This property is in a beautiful location on the mountain just outside of Vico Equense. The views are spectacular! Our suite was lovely and clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were fantastic! Caterina and Ignazio are superb hosts. They made us feel very welcome, had many good suggestions for us to do in the area, and made sure we understood how to get to and from their home easily. The bus posed a small challenge the first time we took it, but once we understood the route, it wasn't a problem. Ignazio arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, for a very reasonable fee, making our travel even easier. Highly recommend B&B Cassiopeia, and would definitely stay again another time.

If I could give 100 stars I would! Absolutely incredible!! This B&B is pure perfection. The rooms are very nice and spotless, but the views from the B&B make it unforgettable. The hosts are the kindest, most welcoming souls- you instantly feel like family. Their warmth, care, and amazing breakfast made our stay truly special. We left feeling relaxed and happy. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!!
