The location is perfect located 5 mins walk from the hub, 10/15 minutes from the beach. The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly and go out of their way to accommodate everyone. The hotel is beautifully decorated and immaculate, making it very peaceful and the perfect place to relax. Me and boyfriend loved our room and stayed there for 14 nights, the bed was incredibly comfortable! The hotel only provides breakfast but has a range of take away menus with gyros, pizzas, Greek salads etc that are lovely and not expensive and they arrange everything all you have to is pay! This was an excellent option for lunch or if you are having a lazy day by the pool. The hotel is also not too busy so you can always find a sun lounger or space to relax. Stunning hotel and would definitely stay again. We have already recommended it to our friends and family!

Nothing! There is a large hill up to the hotel from the town/beach but it creates a beautiful breeze, stunning view and helps you feel less like a slug after all the lovely Albanian food!!

The hotel is brand new, and everything is in perfect working order. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, yet tucked away from the crowds for a peaceful stay. The pools are clean, refreshing, and beautifully maintained. Rooms are spotless, and the windows are so clear they sparkle!

I’d say the breakfast could benefit from a bit more variety from day to day. While I was very happy with the quality of the food—which was consistently delicious—I would have enjoyed seeing a few different options each morning. That said, I want to emphasize that the food was great and full of flavor.

Our room was with a sea view, it was stunning. The hotel was near by all the beaches and restaurants, we always walked although we did have a car. We had cleaning service every day. The hotel was almost brand new. The breakfast was great. There were 2 swimming pools, although we never used them. My recommendations: Beach - Prencipotes Restaurants- Guvat and Mussel house for the last night, it is a must visit! Bar - Vamos Visit: Vlore (stay on the way from Tirana to Ksamil) Beach himare (on the way from Vlore to Ksamil) Evening in Sarande with a dinner at Manxuranë. Day trip to Gjirokastër and Blue Eye on the way back.

Clean and comfortable. Yeah, it might be a bit far from the beaches for somebody, around 12 minutes on foot, but actually, this is a big advantage for those who appreciate peace and quiet, especially at night. The closer you are to the beach, the more nightclubs, loud music, and crowds there are till very late. The hotel has both open-air and indoor parking. The breakfast was very good, carefully refilled. Friendly staff. Nice view. However, Ksamil as a destination was not for us. I don't think it's a place for those who value delicacy and refinement, or for families in general. 10 - for the hotel. 7 - for Ksamil.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ori mare! The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent – self-service with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was an evening by the pool when the lovely owners surprised us with a bottle of wine – such a thoughtful and warm gesture! The reception team also gave us great advice for day trips and local experiences. And the view from our room on the 5th floor was absolutely stunning – breathtaking! I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers and would definitely come back again.

The only small downside was the air conditioning – we weren’t sure if we didn’t set it up correctly or if it wasn’t working properly, but it didn’t cool the room as expected. Because of that, we slept a bit less comfortably. With the balcony door open, we could hear some noise and music from the town, which made it a bit harder to rest.

New hotel with amazing views. Everything was wonderful and clean. Comfortable rooms. The area is quiet and the hotel is very safe. Good location. I highly recommend.

In a way very close to the center of everything (2 to 15 minutes walk depends where) but in a very quiet street, which is really needed for a good sleep in Ksamil. The Hotel is quite new, very modern and well design with very spacious rooms, great shower and an amazing balcony to watch the sunset, sunrise or just chill (or dry your clothes). We didn’t miss a thing. The hotel provides parking places, but there were also free parking places outside. The stuff was also very friendly. Will definitely recommend!

During the 3 nights we stayed there, we had every day the same breakfast options. Not much of a variety and some of the pastries were really dry and were served over and over again each morning.

The hotel is modernly designed, with two lovely pools and sun beds. The breakfast was very good, there was a variety of food. The location of the hotel is close to the center. The staff was very helpful, they helped with everything we needed, especially Debora from the front desk, They even decorated our room for my birthday.

The hotel is located on a hill so you have to climb for a few minutes. We looked at it as a short exercise, however if you have any disabilities you have to think about it.

It is such a lovely hotel, attentive and incredible staff! We Stayed in Ori Mare for 5 nights after travelling down from Tirana City. The Hotel room was beautiful we had a partial Sea view, spacious and modern - they cleaned the rooms daily but you also have the option not to do it daily! They also have two decent size pools and a pool bar and they also offer pool towels for each guest! I believe it was a family-run hotel which I love, a small hotel on top of the hill! The daily breakfast was fresh and you had so many options and delicious food :) On our last day, we had to wait for our transfer to collect us around 2 pm and we asked for a later checkout and they granted this at no extra cost (this of course depends on how many check-ins they have that day so don't expect it) but we appreciated it so much! I would like to thank the bar staff, the management, the chefs, and the housekeeping staff all of them were fantastic!

Side note for anyone planning on staying here; They are located at the top of a hill which is quite steep, and the beach is around a 15/20 minute walk, all beaches are beach clubs and you will have to pay for sunloungers, if you have a car and can go up the coast I'm sure you'd find little remote beaches to go to without having to pay.
