Parking is easy, with plenty of spaces in front and behind the hotel (and even in the nearby shopping complex if needed). The room was modern, clean and comfortable, with a good shower and a safe. Reception staff were very friendly. The location is great: right next to a big shopping complex and “MA PIZZA” in the Coresi area, plus just a short Uber ride to the old town.

The “Do Not Disturb” system doesn’t really work once you remove the card, so housekeeping still entered—even twice in one day. They left a thermos with tea on the second visit, which felt more like an excuse to come in. Honestly, I’d prefer no tea and no extra visit. The minibar was overpriced, breakfast not very varied, and at night the room felt colder than it should—although I set the AC to 24.5°C, when I came back it was 23.5°C, so the thermostat seemed inaccurate or overridden.

– the pillows are not comfortable, too big and firm, hard to sleep on – the mattress is quite hard – the hotel looks too good not to have an espresso machine in the room – already standard in hotels of this level – I had to book through Booking.com because I couldn’t reserve two rooms directly on the hotel’s website

Hotel was very modern with comfortable furnishings. Coffee bar and restaurant were inviting, clean and service was impeccable. Location convenient and large and modern mall with terrific food court just across the street. What matters to me most above all is how we were greeted and cared for by the staff. Friendly, engaging and helpful beyond words. Special mention to manager of hotel Sena, breakfast manager Octavian and our server Rukesh. Their alacrity was exemplary.

While there was access to gym, pool and spa it was not on site( about 200 m. Down the block) for a daily usage fee.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Extremely friendly staff, very good location. The breakfast is rich and delicious. It is one of the few hotels that accept dogs and are very liberal about it. They understand perfectly that it is like a member of the family and make our stay even more pleasant. Other hotels supposedly allow dogs, but do it in a limited way, and here I am simply impressed by how pleasantly and kindly they served us, we had the freedom to bring it with us. If I return to Brasov - a wonderful city, I will stay in this hotel again!!!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, The bed was amazing!!, the pillows are great, everything we asked for was received quickly and with a smile, the shower was good and fun, it was fun to put on a bathrobe right after a shower which was good, the room is large and spacious, the staff was lovely, I would like to mention the service especially of Florentina and Alexandru who were amazing and gave 5 star service, at breakfast there was a lovely staff member named Ruchas who welcomed us every morning with a smile and took care of everything we needed, thank you very much for that. The room was very quiet even though it faced the road with the mall opposite

The breakfast items were not of high quality, the eggs in every form we tried were hard and not tasty, all types of sausages, salami, pastrami and cheeses were tasteless, the pastries and cakes were also not of a high standard, expect more than that in a hotel like this, the hotel is in an area outside the old city so we got around by taxi. The design in the room is charming and very innovative, there were a few things that were not thought out, such as turning off the lights far from the bed, there is no place for women's cosmetics, but overall the room is modern, pleasant and inviting, linens that were accidentally dirty were not replaced but I'm sure the staff will make sure that this doesn't happen again in the future, overall the hotel is a good quality hotel and pleasant to stay at

We stayed at QOSMO Hotel for a long weekend with two families, and the experience was exceptional! The communication with the staff even before booking was excellent; they assisted us with every question and request, including early consultations about the room configuration and local recommendations. During our stay, the reception staff was highly professional and service-oriented, always available to help, and the dining room staff was charming and attentive. The hotel's location is perfect for all ages and any type of vacation. It is situated in a modern neighborhood, just across the parking lot from Brașov's main shopping center. The location was excellent - right at the start of a wide boulevard filled with restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. At the end of the boulevard, there’s a public park with running paths, which made our stay even more enjoyable and varied. The location is especially suitable for families with small and older children, as well as for adults and young couples. Regarding the rooms - we stayed in two pairs of connecting rooms, and they were simply outstanding. The rooms were spacious, clean, and maintained to a very high standard. Each room was meticulously cleaned and refreshed every day, including the daily replacement of towels. Even the welcome amenities we received upon arrival - cookies and water - were replenished every morning, making the stay even more pleasant. The beds were comfortable, and the personal air conditioning in each room was a significant advantage, allowing us to adjust the temperature precisely to our needs. The breakfast was varied and of high quality, with a wide selection that suited all of us. And the parking? Free at the hotel, plus there are nearby parking lots at the shopping center that are also free of charge - a significant advantage. In conclusion, QOSMO Hotel provided us with a pampering, pleasant, and complete experience with everything needed for a perfect family vacation.

Please note that most food options near the hotel, including supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, and the shopping center, close by 10 PM. The hotel restaurant remains open with a varied menu, which is more suited for adults. Families with children are advised to plan accordingly in advance.

Really one of the best hotel I have ever been to in terms of sleep quality, which for me, is the most important in a hotel, Staff very flexible and helpful, soundproofed rooms, great bed and pillows, blackout curtains. Amazing breakfast was included - the restaurant was voted one of the best in Romania. Late check out was no problem.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is modern and located 5 minutes walk from a very nice mall with a big supermarket and many stores and places to eat. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel crew is amazing, everyone is very nice, patient and willing to help with any issue. I would like to mention especially Sena and Alexandru from the reception, who made our stay wonderful.
