There should be no hidden costs with the spa. If you say it is a price then it should be that price, not then add for flip flops and hats that you make everyone buy otherwise they can not use the spa and then no one where’s them inside the spa as they are not fit for purpose. There was only two chairs/loungers to sit on but you allow over 10 people in the spa, this is not acceptable.

There was music noise in our room (228) from the bar area until midnight. The spa allowed a 4/5 year old into the spa pool (lot of noise) so it was not a relaxing as it could have been.

Hotel was with very good location, close to the sandy beach. There were two indoor pools, a bar, a fitness center and a paid spa area. The staff was very nice and helpful. I think both breakfast and dinner were of a good standard and varied. The room was of a suitable size, well equipped, with a balcony and air conditioning. There is a free cold water dispenser on the corridor. It is easy to reach by car, there is a (paid) parking lot nearby.

I was not completely satisfied for me two things. 1. The toilet (wc and sink) was in the same air space as the room. A glass door that was not completely closed separated the toilet from the bedroom. So no matter how hard the extractor fan worked, unfortunately the smells and sounds got into the room... I didn't understand why they did it that way with room design! 2. In the half-board service, they also charged for the filtered tap water brought to the table. I find this a bit petty in this price range.

The venue offers large spaces for relax, spa and 2 pools, gym and a large room, spacious with enough place for 3 persons if required, large bath with good access to shower. Very well and tasteful decor all around the hotel, nicely and tasteful reception, very well trained staff all over, from reception to bar and restaurant. The dinner set with a large buffet, with over 7 stations offers a large variety of delicious dishes, well prepared and niscly decorated, a joy for eye and appetite. Very friendly and professional staff all over.

just to consider that corridors and room door does not fulfill noise reduction, but this is a minor issue

Great location, next to the beach, the stuff so polite and kind, always smiling and helpful, the food was very very good and at a great price, we ate every day in the hotel, lunch or dinner. We enjoyed so much the 3 swimming pools the hotel had, and spa with massage. We were with our kids, they had so much fun. We were planning on visiting other cities but because we enjoyed so much the hotel we prefered to stay in it and only visited Valencia

We stopped off at this hotel on our drive through Spain to reach Murcia . what a lovely little find . Staff were super helpful and friendly . the location not too far from the motorway . We had breakfast and evening meal at the hotel wjich was buffet style , The price was cheap and the food choices were excellent . the room was spacious & modern . The hotel had 2 pools which we didnt use but looked inviting . the beach wS a 3/4 min walk and the sand was like talcum powder . highly recommend this hotel and location

Beautiful decor in public and private spaces, wonderful huge double bed, great breakfast.

This a large-scale holiday factory, probably more convenient for longer stays. No access to the spa on a one night stay on the day of the arrival. Unclear instructions about the parking around the corner. They did not manage to find a pair of long black pyjama pants and a pair of red ear plugs, left behind accidentally in between white sheets and requested for on the day of departure. Very disappointing (and a bit strange, I would imagine they were quite visible).

Our recent stay at RH Silene Hotel & Spa was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. They were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially with our kids. The kids enjoyed their time immensely at the mini club, which was open from 3 PM to 5 PM daily thanks to Pable and the team. This thoughtful service gave us the perfect window to unwind and enjoy the spa. The spa experience was a highlight of our stay. Lena, one of the spa staff, was incredibly welcoming and professional. She offered a massage that was executed to a very high standard, leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Her skill and friendly demeanour truly enhanced our overall experience. The food at the hotel was another aspect that stood out. Every meal was exceptional, featuring delicious Spanish cuisine that was both fresh and flavorful. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, making dining a delightful part of our stay. Overall, the hotel exudes a serene and tranquil atmosphere, more akin to a restful spa sanatorium than a typical hotel. Guests seemed to be in a state of bliss, simply relaxing and savoring the excellent food. This ambiance, combined with the outstanding service and amenities, made our stay unforgettable. We didn't find dedicate space on the republic beach which supposes to belong to the hotel

There is a lot to like about this hotel, it's very modern, the rooms are spacious and it is very clean. We ate in the buffet restaurant both nights which was very good value and very busy for a cold January.

The bed was very wobbly and cheap. This is what separates 4* from 5*. I do wish hotels would realise this. We were on the ground floor on the way to the restaurant which would have been very noisy when the hotel was busy, especially with the tiled flooring. If we stay there again, I will ask for an upper floor room.

It worth to take lunch and/nor dinner at the hotel. Lunch costs 18 EUR per person and this is the best meals you can find in the area at this price. The best rooms are on the ground floor "mountain view" as they call it. They are larger and quiet. We also had a seaview room, but it was too close to the road and terribly noisy all night. We were very thankful to the staff they managed to change our room for a quieter one. My husband visited the spa. Well, for Spain it was nice enough, but very small and rather cool, not hot (in May). We also enjoyed a good Internet and a very pleasant business area, very comfortable for remote workers. The parking costs 8 EUR per night, but we could often find a place to park in the free space near the parking.

Small gym. Noisy late dinner: it ends at 10pm and the noise lasts until midnight. Maybe if your room is far from the restaurant, you will not hear much of it as we did.
