A really lovely, quiet hotel on the outskirts of the centre, perhaps a 20mins walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our family of 4 shared a family room which was in the old building. Beautifully decorated in Scandi style. Lovely furniture, lots of storage. Lovely bathroom, comfortable beds/sofa beds. Very clean. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious. The service was great. The breakfast was also fab. There is also a bike store out the back .

The only thing I can think of is that there was no ketchup at breakfast!! It was a great hotel!

The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast has a nice variety of options and very comfortable sitting area together with the terrace. The beds were extremely comfortable!

When we arrived, we were given not only a different room but also the shower was terribly leaking. After we report the issue, we were told by a very nice reception attendant that we can change the room, but only if we upgrade and pay the difference. After some exchange of ideas, though, we were able to change with no extra pay.

The hotel is very cozy, clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is located near the city center and is a walking distance from the Bodensee

The breakfast could be richer and should include more varieties. We usually didn't go early to take our breakfast, unfortunately certain plates were already emply and haven't been replaced or refilled by the staff.

Pristine, attractive, and well-designed facility, very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent shower. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Pleasant 15-minute walk to Bodensee. Bus stop to Bahnhof right in front. No problem storing luggage after check-out.

Location was a bit far from the train station and town, a longer walk than we expected. We did not realize a bus stopped right in front until later (might want to point this out to prospective guests who will arrive by train). Not as quiet as expected, due to our room being right above the parking lot and entrance and people out there talking until fairly late at night. Ceiling fan or portable fan would have made sleeping more comfortable given the extreme heat.

A staff member was a little rude. She assumed that more than one person had stayed in my room, which was completely false. She was just rude about the situation. I didn't feel like I needed to explain myself, but I did. When she approached me about it, I was trying to pay me for my late checkout and my friend's breakfast!

Very clean, nice environment; great water pressure. Diverse breakfast. Nice offerings at the restaurant and I love that what's on offer is sourced in a local, biological and sustainable way. Make sure to try the homemade ice cream... You're in for a treat. ;) Speaking of treats, the staff were incredibly kind to surprise my daughter for her birthday with a few sweets. Walking to the lake takes maybe 5-10 minutes. I enjoyed the specialized menus at breakfast with facts about those who run the guest house, the weather forecast, and tidbits about the local area including history and water-facts about the Bodensee. Bus stop right outside. Otherwise a manageable 15-20 minutes' walk to the Bregenz Hauptbahnhof (main train station).

I'm all for a firmer bed, but even I have my limits. Outside of this personal qualm, it was a rather pleasant stay. Note that it's a guesthouse: there aren't coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Friendly staff and a very clean, spacious room. In spite of the fact that it overlooked the main road it was fairly quiet.

There is a glass door to the bathroom, the window of which has no curtains. We were awoken in the early morning when the day broke. Also, for a similar price we stayed at a different hotel in Bregenz four days prior that offered a spa.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Bike garage including charging point and a mechanic if any work or repairs needed.

It's in a residential area, slightly further away from the old town but it's a nice walk or ride along the lake front.

Contemporary design in an old structure, very nice and cosy rooms, very good restaurant with local dishes. We stayed several times in this hotel and would come back again. This time we also celebrated our son’s graduation in the hotel’s restaurant. Thank you for the nice evening!

Very nice and clean. Great breakfast and good restaurant with outdoor space. Very helpful staff at the reception and at the restaurant.

Our room didn’t have air conditioning. It’s probably not a problem most of the time but when we stayed it was 31C and the room was hot.
