Staff was very attentive to client needs and prepared for our stay prior to our arrival. Suites were large with amenities and comfort. Sun room and porch area good for relaxing, closeness to flowing riverstream. Accomodations were made for time of checkin and checkout where occupancy/cleaning staff hours allowed.

The Rock restaurant is adjoining in property adjacent to hotel. Food quality at dinner time was good but could be improved with local sourcing and recipes, guidance by chef. Chairs were basic and not so comfortable. Overall good for full breakfast, very professional staff.

A truly pet friendly Inn. They provided a dog bed, bowls, treats, poop bag...everything. we felt very welcome and cared for. Truly pet friendly in every way. The beds were super comfortable and the shower pressure was divine. The room had everything we needed and the bar area in the louge/patio area was great. We really had a spectacular stay.

My one and only minor issue was that the alarm was set to go off at 6am and I didn't know until it went off. The previous guests must have set it.

The location is gorgeous right at the side of the river. The room is big and comfortable. The common spaces are really nice and make you feel at home. The rock the restaurant is really good and can have anything brought to your room. Everything is catered to go with your pet. Our dogs loved the dog menu at the restaurant and the treats. Everything was really nice. The personnel were great too.

We liked that we got to choose from a wide selection of breakfast options since they also operate the Rock restaurant which was one of the best in the area.

Even though we brought bug sprays, we got chitra bites and so that was very annoying but a small price to pay for being in nature. At times there was no at the reception area that we could speak to but not a very big deal.

only that there were too many flies, breakfast was sometimes a bit uncomfortable - another strange situation, in order to pay for the room we first have to vacant it - in many hotels, you can pay in advance for your stay, say, one to two hours before you leave the hotel. In your hotel, this is not allowed. Reception said that until we vacant and clear the room from our belongings, they could not prepare our final bill...... bizarre.....

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom excellent, particularly the rain shower. Breakfast is in the restaurant of the next door property. Decent. Continental breakfast was included in the room rate. The lunch and dinner food was very good. You should book ahead of time as it gets very busy. Location is outside Boquete town - about 5 minutes in taxi, >30 minutes walk. Relaxing location.

Staff helpful, but English was limited. Google translate very useful. Limited amount to do at the property itself. Not a particular issue for us as we had planned some activities such as hiking. Boquete town itself very disappointing

excellent best ossobuco in the world for dinner!!!! and have travelled the world around many of times. incredible food breakfast lunch and dinner nice music monday and rib night. enjoyed the rain and overall good weather.

less mosquitos no seeems nasty chitra attacks. rooms could be cleaner sweep and mop daily cleaner bathroom sorry but Im obsesivo with GOOD CLEANLINESS WE ONLY WENT ONCE FOR BREAKFAST INCLUDED AND THEN ON CHECK OUT DAY WE ORDERED WITHIN THE 10.00 LIMIT DELICIOUS EGGS SAUSAGE AND CHEESE AND WAS CHARGED 38.00 THAT WAS OUR DRIVE TO PANAMA BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FOR THREE OF US

The room was spacious and there were common areas where you could relax inside or outside. Beautiful location on the river and there was an excellent restaurant on the grounds. We were there for New Year’s Eve. Great food and great party. The staff at the Inn were amazing.

High quality room ideal for family. Shared facilities including a fridge and honesty bar was a welcome extra. Helpful and welcoming staff. Restaurant and breakfast were excellent and town only a 15 minute walk or cheap taxi ride away.

Breakfast was fantastic but allow 45-60 minutes if on a trip/ getting a transfer.

The breakfast was very delicious and the location was excellent.

It was difficult to get in and out of the bathroom tub plus a ceiling fan or a exhaust fan would be helpful to keep down the humidity.
