Found a great deal on Booking on a family room. Room was HUGE and had two kings in separate rooms so worked out well for the teenagers and the parents. Super nice woman at check-in; we were running late and had ended up at another HIE in the south part of the town so didn't get here until very late and I called to let her know. She remembered when we got there and was very nice and sympathetic.

Not a fan of South Bend, honestly. Were there for a college visit and while Notre Dame is beautiful, South Bend has seen better days for sure, especially the area around the hotel. Breakfast was sparse but as expected.

M. Theresa at the front desk was so wonderful! She was friendly, fun and very helpful. The heat in our room wasn’t working when we checked in and she and sarah ( ?) were up there in minutes to check it out, offer another room and bring extra amenities:) Breakfast had a big variety and our large group was able to hang out in the lobby together and not disturb anyone because of the layout.

Parking was limited in the front, but plenty in the back

At checkin the guy charge the $50 damage fee to 2 different credit card. The guy claim the first card was rejected but later I checked my card transactions and the $50 fee showed up on my card. So the $50 fee was charged twice on 2 different cards. Not happy!

Nice overall and quiet. Staff was SUBERB! We got to our room and there was a terribly strong odor. My wife went back to the front desk and the young man help her immediately and had a new room within minutes

The breakfast also the room was nice I love the fact they had dove products. Also the staff the guy at the front desk was very helpful. Wasn't loud noise

Very clean and well lighted. The variety and quality of food was more than I have experienced at other complimentary breakfasts. The staff in charge were efficient and friendly.

Exceeded expectations. Breakfast was amazing. Especially the pancake machine. Beds weee cozy. Bathroom was a little grungy, but shower felt amazing.

The girl at the front desk was great we were looking for a starbucks and she gave us directions to the one not to far from the hotel. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast was great !!!
