Beautifully decorated to the smallest details, spacious rooms, perfect location. AC (fan) just perfect in a heatwave and better adjustable than other solutions. Must mention the most comfortable mattress I have slept on away from home and unusually good quality of shampoo when I ran out of my own. Easy access to the house/room (once I found it) arriving late, all exactly as stated in clear and concise messages.

In the dark arriving after midnight it was hard to see the name of the place, as it is not lit. Reading a few doorbells took a bit of time, but doable. Had forgotten I asked for quiet room and temporarily it was not doable, because of roadwork outside. Not a problem! A small fridge might make the place even more perfect.

Lovely home located in the centre of Fabriano. The room was comfy and quite spacious and the self-service check -in was quite straight forward

Beautiful stylish old house in a quiet location. Very comfy beds, big rooms, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast available. Fabriano itself is also a lovely town in the mountains. Close to Genga famous Grotte di Frasassi.

Authentic building and setting. It felt very peaceful. The host was very accommodating.

rooms and beds were really good! Though we were sold one extra room... because we were three and we had one room for three and one for 2. We would rather payed only for on room.

We thought that breakfast would be good, but it was not... only tablet coffee, only sweets and fruits, and the lady who was supposed to serve breakfast, came 45 min later than was told...I don't know if this was from the place or from the booking...
