Good location , trams and buses close by. Very good choice for breakfast and the fresh orange juice. Staff were very pleasant.

The lack of a reception desk , automatic check in , although there were staff there to help. Room cleaning had to be requested , we were not aware of this . It was all on a qr code but as an older traveler I would prefer information on a hard copy. One of our party had a bathroom without a door a design feature which they were not happy about. They didn’t complain as they had an accident in the airport and were tired and felt it wasn’t worth the hassle. Also from a security point of view sharing the small balcony with others was not ideal.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the stylish décor added a sophisticated and inviting ambiance throughout the hotel. However, the true highlight of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the barman. Despite my late arrival on a Friday night, he was exceptionally professional, attentive, and friendly. Thank you very much for your exceptional hospitality—I look forward to returning!

The receptionist’s rather unfriendly approach in the morning, in stark contrast to the warm and professional demeanor of the bar staff the previous evening.

The room is big enough, the bathroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The big tv invites to lie on the bed turn on the tv and relax.

The room had a door connected to our neighbours. I thought it was an extra closet. I checked. Awkward. The door might be there for safety reasons but if not, it might be an idea to close this up for more isolation and privacy. Ofcourse there was a screaming kid in the other room in the early morning, the door did not prove to be enough audio isolation. The kid had fun with her dad though so I wasn't too bothered.

The staff was great, so friendly- the room was big and super-tidy- the location was just great, we even had a sideview to the sea from a little balcony and just had to cross the street to the promenade- traffic is quite loud, even at the 5th floor, BUT: you don’t hear anything with window/balcony-door shut! Bed really comfy, mattress very good- free coffee in the room and a good-working, empty fridge- what else do you need? I absolutely recommend this hotel!

We love staying here, and this was our second time. Their family rooms are spacious and we had a great view from the 5th floor. We had to change rooms upon arrival because of a technical issue, and the staff was super friendly and immediately had a new room ready. The breakfast room is large and very comfortable, with a wide range of choices, and is family friendly.

1. Missing the swimming as expected to be a part of the Wellness since 2 years. 2. Lack of the flexibility to get the invoice per day.

We were 4 adults and dog. Breakfast was great. The bread was amazing. Scrambled eggs too. We had the sea view on the 5th floor. We had a parking and also our dog peed on the carpet in the reception and the staff was very kind to this situation. We felt very welcome.

There is no park around The uber costs to the city with a dog - 20 EUR We missed some traditional dutch food during breakfast

Our stay at this hotel was really great! From the cleanliness and high standards of the room, to a great variety in breakfast options, it offered everything you needed for a short stay in Scheveningen. The location was ideal and also the entire check-in procedure went effortless.

The lack of power outlets, especially in the bathroom, was making things a bit more difficult. But nothing major :)

The reception staff are outstanding! Great customer service and very helpful and kind! All our requests were honord to perfection and we had the most amazing room!

The breakfast staff were not having their day, or just not enjoying working there - they should learn from the reception staff how to smile))) I would also have expected to have eggs cooked to my liking as an extra choice at the breakfast

Windows are really not well isolated. Noise from the street, tram, etc. can be heared. Be aware! Some parts of the hotel are used and old. Renovation is ongoing. Rooms were not really cleaned every day; just bed was made but still beach sand on the floor.
