The room was quite comfortable with space to set up my computer. I liked the fact that this room had a small couch to relax on. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of options, and the coffee was good and available all day. The location is great with easy access to the main thoroughfares if you have a car, which I did. There is also a Starbucks in walking distance. The staff was friendly and were able to accommodate my last minute request for a few more nights.

Some parts of the room were a little worn around the edges, but not a big deal at all. It is also a little bit difficult finding the front door due to dead ends in the parking lot and not a lot of signage, but again, not really a big deal.

The hotel was outright excellent. They fulfilled both requests I made. It was quiet at night. Everything was in order and clean. The breakfast was slightly different on all five days. The bed was very good - the most important thing I need from a hotel: a comfortable place to sleep. Overall, no complaints.

The only reason I did not give 10/10 was the breakfast quality. No, it was not bad, but it was not exceptional either. This is a general problem in the U.S. - you rarely get a really good breakfast, and this hotel was not an exception. Hence only 9 out of 10.

For the price the rooms are very nice, extremely spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and thel lighting fine. Location is good for people driving in.

walls are extremely thin. I could here a noisy family next door and had to face the wrong way in the bed so I would not hear them through the wall. When I was about to leave next day I heard someone showering very loud and clear through the walls. There was an incess hum all night in the room, I assume it was the fridge. Heating did not work properly, kept changing temperature itself. Breakfast was adequate but the TV and sport was on at 6.30 am. kudos to the kind Mexican kitchen worker who gave me a tray so I could take it to my room. so place looks good and is good value but needs some work as I hardly slept in the night from avoidable noise.

I like the overall experience in hotel itself I like how the staff greet you with a smile and are very nice I like how they have snacks out in the evening rather if that's popcorn or baked good the staff is not only very friendly but they also have fun and joke around both with themselves and with customers in a fun healthy way that still provides customer service I have gone back to that hotel for the last two or three years now this being the third or fourth year but I've stayed at that hotel I stay at that particular hotel when I'm attending a concert in the area at Fiddler's Green Amphitheater I love to come back to this hotel every year because of how nice the staff are how clean the hotels are not just the rooms but the overall facility and also how convenient it is to get to Fiddler's Green Amphitheater where the hotel is I also like the prices of the hotel even if I'm booking it on booking.com or if I were to book it directly through the hotel it is still really good prices I mean Granite it is not the worst hotel but not the best hotel as far as star ratings go but for a 3-star Hotel I would come to this hotel every time if I could and stay there every night if I could for a 3-star Hotel it is probably one of the best hotels for the best price you're not just getting what you pay for you're getting more than that considering the customer service of the staff in the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel and the overall treatment from the staff of the hotel

There is absolutely nothing that I did not like it's an overall awesome and great hotel with friendly staff

I've reviewed this hotel before, but as I said before I really appreciate that they don't allow pets and I also appreciate that they have a welcoming pride flag on the door, refreshing to see they embrace diversity. On this visit I also walked over to the brewery down the street and had a nice burger and beer.

It would be nice if they would install more and better EV chargers. They just have the one in front that I think is technically just for a staff member and it's due "trickle charging" from a 110v outlet vs normal level 2 charging.

Shower pressure/volume is the best I've found in hotel in this area. Parking is good. Commercial zone and restaurants are within minutes by car. Breakfast is the normal fare, but they have a better than average variety. Loved the popcorn and cookies at checkin.

Shower wall tiles are caving in and show some mold. Pillows are not great, but bed is average comfort. Overall the facility shows its age and wear and tear

The staff was incredibly kind, courteous, accomodating, thoughtful! The manager Josh P was exceptionally awesome! He went so far above and beyond to make my stay co.fortable and safe. I travel a lot and this staff was the most awesome, helfpul, and kind that I have ever encountered. Im so thankful that I chose this hotel for my extended stay. Im .oving into my new place today and ill miss the staff here. Ill be back!

The breakfast wasnt great but everything else more than made up for that.

Rooms were good, location appropriate, staff was helpful. I had trouble with the chair at the desk (hard to work from) but they loaned me one I could use from the entryway. The pool wasn’t functioning while I was there and the internet went down for part of one day, but the price was good and we had all we really needed.

This is one of the only hotels I've stayed at in the last few years that feels "pre-covid", they go to the trouble to tidy your room everyday and offer complimentary breakfast at reasonable hours. I really appreciate these little details, given a lot of other hotels I've stayed at don't seem to have kept up their standards quite as well. I stayed here a couple days and everyone I interacted with was really friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Great location with a few restaurants at walking distance. Amazing breakfast, coffee & tea comes complementary and they offer cookies and other snacks, Which is rare and super courteous. Quiet for work activities and little noise makes it ideal.
