The tent and the overall vibe were just okay—not great, but not terrible either.

Four key points: 1. Given the price and their awareness of the sand mite issue in the area, they could’ve done more than just providing a couple of insect repellent sachets. 2. The restaurant condiments seemed low quality. The Tabasco was watery and tasted like vinegar—no spice at all! 3. Since the washrooms and showers are shared, they could have been more proactive in refilling the shower gel and shampoo instead of us having to ask every time we went to shower. 4. Worst of all, they didn’t provide a lock for our tent, so we had to get creative in keeping our valuables safe for the two nights we stayed.

-Staff are welcoming and are quick to address requests and support when needed -The beach is a few minutes away from the property. - A great alternative if you want to connect more with nature - Hearing the waves and the sound of leaves at night is a big plus. It’s so relaxing! - The restaurant near the area offers a wide range of food - Although it is far from the town proper, the facility offers a comfortable and timed transportation

- We saw that the cup that was provided in our tent was not clean - The shared bathroom was not clean at all times - Although I love the fact that animals are roaming around freely, there are times when the dogs become bothersome especially when they are fighting (near the areas where people are)

Our stay at Nacpan Beach Glamping was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning beachfront location and the unique experience of staying in a luxury tent. Spending two nights here was nothing short of magical—falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to breathtaking views made it unforgettable. A special mention to Marv, the manager, who truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and taken care of. His attentiveness, helpfulness, and warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant, Sunmai, was another highlight. It offers a great selection of delicious and authentic food and drinks, making it the perfect place to unwind and indulge after a day at the beach. If you’re looking for a unique and luxurious glamping experience in El Nido, Nacpan Beach Glamping is the perfect choice! We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

the glamping tents were amazing great size and super large comfy bed has AC which is a bonus the beach is to die for the expanse is vast and hardly anyone on it the management staff namely- breville, mervyn and team were very attentive at all time especially as there was constructipn noise in our tent due to the new gym being built the spa facilities were super- the ladies were fabulous with the best massages ever the shared toilets and bathrooms are very clean and accessible

the pool is too small and also the service at meal times is very slow and less attention spent to the guests- we walways had to ask for things like napkins, cutlery- so attention to detail needed there hwoever the oven pizzas were fab plus the breakfast buffet

Unique experience in the middle of nature. Amazing staff, we felt very welcomed and were treated like royals! The tent was very luxurious, clean and we loved the sound of the waves in the background at night. Nacpan beach was also wonderfull and the restaurant was amazing. Try their amazing cocktails and Filipino dishes.

The shower/toilet facilities felt a little bit “cheap” not as luxurious as the rest of the resort. When both showers were in use, there was no hot water, only lukewarm water. The shower and toilets were clean all the time.

A real glamping experience on a gorgeous private beach. Stunning pool, excellent pool bar staff who made sure we were aware of happy hour and was very kind. Beds were comfy and tent was spacious. They put AC on before we arrived so was nice and cool. Wi-Fi excellent. Complimentary drinks a nice touch. Shared transfer was quick, efficient and well organised. Staff were outstanding - so kind, helpful and go above and beyond. Overall we had an absolutely amazing time and this is a 10/10 must do experience.

Restaurant is expensive, food was okay but lacked flavour. Veggie nachos - no salsa Caesar salad - not on menu and 3 small pieces of lettuce Service could be improved in restaurant. Sat for 10/15 minutes and not offered a drink. Not woken up properly for the turtle hatching, staff just said “morning wake up mam” so we missed it as didn’t realise it was for the turtles! They should make it clear when waking guests it is for the turtles (if you get lucky and they hatch)! Other guests were very loud and drunk which kept us up all night. However staff were very apologetic in the morning, gave us free breakfast and a late check out. Could not have been more accommodating. Breakfast could’ve been wider variety and better pastry’s.

From the time we arrived, we were captivated by the gentle sound of waves right in front of our glamping tent. Great location on Nacpan beach, not crowded, clean and well maintained facilities. Good food and drinks at the restaurant (and happy hour). Very cool glamping experience, it was very comfortable. The staffs are very accommodating who welcome us when we arrived and making sure our stay as comfortable as possible. Big shout to Glen, Vincent, Justine and Galicia for all their help, 5 star to you guys.

Be aware of insects. need to put lots of repellent. Also lot of dogs at the beach and they can enter the open area of the resort.

The glamping facilities, beach beds, sunmai restaurant were really nice and in a beautiful location in the heart of Nacpan beach. What really made the stay stand out was the exceptional service of the team at Nacpan Beach Glamping. They went above and beyond to help me in a medical emergency but also the general customer service and hospitality throughout our stay there were comparable to that of a five star hotel stay.

The shared toilets had a bit of a strange smell, but as to be expected as it was sort of indoors/outdoors. But the lights could be a bit brighter in the toilet and shower area.

Rica was the most helpful person any issue I had. I brought it to her. She handled it immediately. She was very friendly, very helpful and very intelligent about everything. She told me concerning where I was what was available to me around there and how to get somewhere, and any issues I had with the facility I brought to her attention, and it was handled immediately no waiting at all. I was very impressed with her. Also, Daniella was very helpful. When I was ordering food she knew exactly what the ingredients were of the recipes so that I could decide whether I was allergic to something or not and the food that she recommended was delicious. She was very helpful and I am thankful to both of these girls for everything.

A beautiful Glamping experience in top class tents. The tents are spacious, beds are very comfortable and despite the heat, the air conditioning works great and is silent. The pool area is very cosy with its own bar, and the restaurant is definitely one of our favorite in the Philippines. But what makes the hotel above any other we stayed at is customer service. Mr Butch, Ioel, Marc and reception staff went far beyond expected duty to help with an issue we had with the dates of our reservation. Once again thank you so much.

Very disappointed with Booking assistance who did not help with an issue regarding the dates of our reservation. We felt like there was zero assistance from them. Thanks god the hotel staff is highly professional and did all they could to solve the issue themselves.
