We travelled with a party of 6 and got a "private" room with our own bathroom. This made everything much more confortable. It was very clean and it was spacious. There were enough cupboards for everyone and we even had a fridge, bench and table in our room. There were also shared bathrooms, which was practicle when the one in our room was occupied. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked clean enough. The elevator made things very easy to check in and out.
The location isn't that great. The transport from the train station was easy enough, but once you got there the public transport wasn't the best one. It's at least 30min walking from all attractions.

The room we booked has twin beds and an attached clean spacious toilet. The room is road facing and gets lots of sunlight. It is nearby a big local market and next to a bus stand. One cam keep luggage in locker after check out.
Floor and toilet was clean. But the drawers of a small cupboard, pillows were very dirty. While booking it was mentioned breakfast is included. But there were only ramen packets and a hot water can available. The reception desk is empty most of the times.

Room was as shown in the pictures, clean bathroom, and about a 20 minute walk to the tomb complex - great for our 2 night stay :)
Breakfast was only a cup of noodles, wifi kept dropping out in our room and beds were not the most comfortable (springs digging into back).

Location was good
My most expensive stay in S. Korea (it was a weekend and a holiday), even so it was not any better than elsewhere. Breakfast bowl of ramen and a coffee.

Clean basic hostel in a quite convenient location!
There is not really a common space and the breakfast is not a breakfast but just a package of instant noodles, so we had to buy normally our breakfast :p

It was easy and comfortable to contact the staff.
The room was a bit dirty and the sink was clogged.
