The hotel was very nice, spacious, and beautiful. The smell of tea tree was delectable! The food and drinks from the bar downstairs were great! The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the former pillows that don’t just swallow your head and face, haha! The room was very spacious, with adequate lighting and very clean room and bathroom! We loved the easy check in and check out process, and everything in our stay was seamless. We even received 2 extra bottles of water free of charge from front desk, just in time for our midnight snack, after a long day!

There were just a couple of things that could have been better during our stay: - the bathroom doesn’t have a fan and the type of bathroom door that we had doesn’t provide enough privacy. - the smart TV only had three apps available, and that was not enough for us - the dry snack wall downstairs did not have enough options to choose from I. My opinion… people might choose to go to nearby local stores to get more variety - if the valet parking was not double the price of self parking, more people will use it- make it $15 and I guarantee that most patrons will choose that over the self park

Westin beds are always wonderful. The room was nice and clean. Hotel was very quiet, despite the busy area. I would stay at a Westin again.

Front desk staff was not all that friendly, acting as if they were doing me a favor checking me in. Parking by smartphone app is too complicated. Give me a card to access the parking - so it is easy. No mini-mart in hotel (and nothing near where I could get anything on foot).

My check in was met with a security officer following me to enforce moving my car from in front of the lobby when this has been my standard procedure when checking in. Moreover there was a car in front of me that made it difficult for me to move my car and security did not enforce the person to move, so do I jump over the car? And the desk person did not help the situation by raising her voice at me. I hope this experience is not your standard because it’s deplorable.

The location is perfect—close to everything I needed. The moment I walked in, I noticed how fresh and clean it smelled, which made a great first impression. The room was comfortable and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. It is also a plus that they added a lavender balm that helped me sleep better.

I didn’t like that we had to pay $10.99 parking fee for an overnight stay.

Dog friendly with good green space around. Nice room and pillows, perfect for our one night stay.

Nothing to really complain about except for wish the bathroom had an actual door and the refrigerator kept making loud noises throughout the night. The parking was also a little confusing and took us a while to figure out.

Near to a good Korean food eatery that opens till 8pm and a Starbucks at lobby for breakfasts. Car service to nearby mall and places, convenient and safe.

I checked in very late close to midnite, and was given a room on second level at a corner, the room was dusty, tv was not working. I was worried about safety as well and asked to change a room. Luckily i was given another room on level 5 and middle of the walkway.

I ended up living some high priced items in the room and I never do that. But everything was returned to me. I didn’t know this hotel was in the area but Westin is always my choice when it comes to Marriot properties. This one didn’t disappoint

I really appreciated the entire staff, they were very helpful and friendly. In particular I appreciated the guy who checked me in. He was above and beyond helpful, friendly, professional and went out of his way to help me with several things such as running outside to save me a parking spot, finding me a room with a great view (sunset) - I also saw him running to help a group of people with lots of bags coming in the door.

Nice bar/restaurant, nice fitness center, friendly staff.

The website we saw when booking showed a pool and a nice courtyard so we were disappointed to learn they weren’t there. I also didn’t realize there was no breakfast so we maybe would’ve stayed somewhere else that served breakfast if the price was the same. Otherwise, it was very clean and rooms were nice.
