My stay at the hotel was excellent and exceeded expectations, everything was perfect.

One of the issues I faced was that I requested a non-smoking room, and while I was given a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in it. Since I was traveling with my family, I contacted the hotel to resolve the issue, and thankfully, a satisfactory solution was provided. This is definitely a positive point for the hotel. The second issue was the lack of sufficient parking spaces. Yes, valet parking service is available, but I personally prefer to park my car myself. However, this is not a major issue just a small note.

The two bedroom apartment was luxurious and large, with a very good kitchen supplied on request from housekeeping. The beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms quite ample for our use. The staff was always helpful and attentive, responding quickly to requests or needs. Access to much of Manama was easy by car, especially Musharraq Island, just across the adjacent bridge.

As this is the Diplomatic area, there is not much of interest to walk to nearby, and there is no sizable grocery store close, though there was a good small market across the street.

I loved the location and the ambience of the hotel. We also loved the Italian restaurant Mondo and the breakfasts. The front desk staff and Mondo staff were exceptionally good. The room was comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed staying there.

The Asian restaurant Bo.Sabi was a disappointment. We had our lunch there and the food was inedible (maybe all of us made bad choices?). Also it took considerably long time to bring the food, although the restaurant was not busy at all. When I went to pay, the cashier after checking his computer told, that I was not eligible for the 10% discount. When I double checked it at the front desk, the confirmed that the restaurant was supposed to provide me the discount. The Director was called and he apologized for his staff mistake. This was a nice save but still would not go back to the restaurant due the food.

We recently stayed at our usual hotel and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been renovated with a sleek, modern design. The new decor and amenities truly enhanced our experience, making it feel fresh and inviting. Everything we needed was readily available, including kitchen utensils, which made our stay even more convenient. The kids had an amazing time, making new friends and enjoying the kids' room, which had a dedicated attendant to ensure their safety and entertainment. Meanwhile, my wife and I took advantage of the massage center, allowing us to relax and unwind completely. It was the perfect balance of family fun and adult relaxation. A quick tip: don’t forget to bring your own laundry soap and dishwashing liquid, as they aren’t provided. However, if you prefer not to clean up, you can easily request new plates from the reception. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the thoughtful updates to the room. Highly recommend for families looking for a great getaway!

good place excellent service, comfortable rooms safe properties and the food is really delicious. Ms, noor she’s really friendly,kind , helpful, always here when anyone need’s her. She’s really amazing with welcoming people. It was Great Breakfast with good variaties of fresh Juices, baked pastries, etc. Everything was great, Front desk was very nice, helpful, Check-In process is quick, always smile, good service. My kids liked the Kids zone beside the swimming Pool. It was great with good learning stuf and different games. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our staying in this hotel. We will repeat the visit again and again

Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. May be the parking is a bit full, and sometimes difficut to find a parking. I would recommend to shade the parking losts not shaded yet.

The staff in the hotel amazing

1. Bed Comfort: I found the bed to be quite hard, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Perhaps offering mattress toppers or softer bedding options could help accommodate different preferences. 2. WiFi Connection: The WiFi signal was very weak during my stay, which made it challenging to stay connected. This might be something to look into, especially for guests who need reliable internet access for work or personal use.

noise in next room due to connecting door main restaurant was not working, paying 10BD/person for breakfast in any of the other two available restaurants is way too much for the quality of food. only one person for valet parking is not enough, i have to wait 15-20 minutes every time plus after midnight, the valet parking is not available.

Things we liked: location, the large swimming pool, everything was nice and clean, spacious room, friendly staff at breakfast, the gym area, the hotel in general was modern and well decorated/presented.

For a five star hotel and the cost per night, it didn’t meet our expectations. We had to ask for more water in our room, there were no bath robes or slippers in the room, the minibar was empty, there wasn’t enough choice for vegans at breakfast, the member of staff who brought our luggage to our room stood in the doorway for an eternity waiting to be tipped (this shouldn’t be an expectation).
