free private parking right in front of hotel, breakfast (good and fresh) included, friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, city center was within a decent walking distance (20 minutes), very practical

location may not be the most central, but it is really quiet and safe; hotel is not very modern, but it is well maintained and you can feel it's family run and somehow more people friendly; room key chain is too heavy :)

The style is a bit dated, but everything is clean. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking spaces are sufficient.

Please close the smoking room, this is not of our times anymore. It brings a foul smell in the hall.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Bed very comfortable. Perfect location for the gig we were attending at the Stadthalle next door.

The lady at desk was very welcoming and helped us find a last minute suitcase purchase and taxi to Frankfurt airport. I cannot pronounce her name but having travelled a lot I can say she was stellar and went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was delightful and staff was welcoming. The room was spacious and bedding and shower were great!

Great breakfast and the location was near to friends I was visiting.

The pillow was not what I am used to being an American.
