All staff were friendly. But they seemed to honestly enjoy their jobs. Not a put on smile that some places you get. Acacia (not sure if spelling) at the front desk went the extra mile to make sure guests were happy and all questions answered.
1.Put some Spam on the menu easy to slice, grill and serve. May sound funny but probably cheaper then bacon which I was surprised you did not have. 2. Work out a deal with Steadman Clinic for them to suggest you hotel and you give their patients a rate discount. Win-win. Not really a downer but can't change the face.

The room smelled! The maids spoke no English or could not even understand! The sofa was worn out and lumpy!

Breakfast is excellent with many choices, hot and cold items and very pleasant area to dine in Bathroom is large and well supplied
The bed linens are VERY substandard for the room rate and hotel in general. A tiny "closet" with no bar or hangers.

We liked everything about the property from the courtyard to the amenities and very clean guest laundry plus friendly staff. It is located in a great area within one to two blocks walking distance to great restaurants, amenities and even a Whole Foods. Just a few miles from Aspen but without the crowds. We would stay here every time we get the chance.
