Easy accessibility to the Village is great, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, the condo was very clean.

Parking was an issue when coming back in the evening, literally no place to park in our area. Our unit was on the bottom floor so parking spots are right outside the window, heard every car park and leave outside of our unit. We understand that’s the design but it was a little disruptive at night and early morning. There was also allot of local traffic noise on the other side when sitting out in patio - not the quietest place we have ever stayed.

Our unit was beautifully decorated and well furnished with supplies. Coffee was nicely available in the office area. There was a beautiful wraparound deck. Could see the gondola and skiers from our unit.

This is very minor because I liked the individual room heating. I just like better to know the temperature I’m setting the heat at rather than just turning a dial between minimum and maximum. Important for me at night to maximize sleeping.

I has a great location. Loved the daily housekeeping. The hot tub and pool area were great. The grill is a great touch and it's in great shape. The kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry services are very convenient.

I would be great if there was an elevator or if the doors could remain open while moving stuff in and out the staricase. Also a better organized parking: there were several times were we couldn't always find a spot in the property to park.

I didn't have a car so they picked me up from the airport and offered to give me a ride anywhere in Snowmass! I ended up having them drop me off at hiking trailheads. The room was super clean and comfortable. I had my morning coffee everyday on the porch to see the incredible views! Super relaxing.

Nice big place! Very comfortable and didn't have the hotel feel. Lots of amenities on site between the hot tub and the little village of shops and restaurants next door. Front desk folks were very nice. Beds were comfy too!

Parking was a little wonky. Infront of our condo the lot was full and many people had parked poorly or against the signage posted about parking. All it meant was that we had to park down a level, which wasn't a big deal.

The amenities at the Crestwood far exceeded my expectations for the price. The staff were more than accommodating & I could not be happier.....WE WILL BE BACK!!

Nothing.... It was an extremely busy two days, being there for a surprise marriage proposal as a guest of my youngest son, & most of it was spent in Aspen but the ride wasn't bad at all. When we were there, the SnowMass Village Mall gave us plenty to do. There was nothing I did not like about it.

Excellent staff - best customer service I received on this trip. JT really stood out (he greeted me at my car and help me with anything I needed throughout my stay). Handsome, tasteful, understated decor in condo that complemented the natural surroundings but didn't try to compete with them.

A few small details would have made it even better: no robe hook in bathroom, ceiling fan in bedroom was a bit loud, TV selections were minimal, surprised they didn't have better coffee in unit for a place of the caliber (it was Maxwell House).

Really great place to stay with family. Nice and very well kept. Clean facilities and fully loaded with all essentials.

Perhaps the directions to the location cam be a little more detailed. It was rather hard to find the reception

Only thing we missed was a place for breakfast, but other than that our apartment was amazing and we were very pleasantly surprised! Staff was very helpful, the location is great and we really loved the apartment, it has everything we needed and was very neat

The complex could have somewhere to have breakfast or at least coffee.

Apartment was very nicely decorated, new appliances and overall beautiful kitchen. It was very clean and well taken care of. The pool and two (of the three available) hot tubs were clean and worked great. The front desk girl was extremely helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.
