The service was impeccable. We arrived early but was still allowed to check in before the check in time. The location is about 5-10 minute drive from down town but that meant it was a great location away from the noise and hustle and bustle. The included breakfast was also top notched and not just your boring continental breakfast. You chose from crepes, chicharronnes, sandwiches, and omelets. The front desk personnel were amazing and helped us get taxies. Lastly, the rooms were extremely comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. The rooms had hot and warm water pressure, we'd totally go there again if we were staying in Arequipa.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was modern with a big comfortable armchair. Being in a residential neighborhood it was quiet at night. The curtains were good in blocking out the street light at night.

While the sink in the bathroom is very stylish, it isn't practical in use. Breakfast service was not as smooth as it could have been. Juice and fruit were delivered promptly but there was a long space between the main dish and accompanying bread.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was big, the shower was great, the room and the hotel in general were spotlessly clean. The staff were also very helpful and the food in the restaurant was good (both dinner and breakfast).

The location is a bit far away from the Plaza de Armas, but you can get there quickly by taxi, and the advantage is that the surroundings are a bit quieter.

Lobby is big for lounging, restaurant is stellar with nice view of mountains - breakfast is off the menu and included. Beds are comfy, towels big and soft. In a quiet location and only a 20 min. walk to the central plaza (or 7 soles via Uber).

Would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

Beautiful, modern, and comfortable hotel, in a nice residential area (San Isidro), but close to the city center by taxi (US$ 2). The room and bathroom were of a good size, everything worked fine, and there is good space to put clothes too. Beds are comfy and there is plenty of pillows. If I had to point out something to make the rooms better, is that hangers may be installed in one of the walls of the entrance passage to the room, that is big and spacious, and would be very convenient to hang jackets and coats. Staff is friendly and attentive. The photos look exactly as the facilities are. Breakfast is now being served by order from a few choices, either at the room or at the beautiful rooftop restaurant (so no buffet is available) and is good. There is a pedestrian and bicycle bridge two blocks from the hotel which was built by Gustave Eiffel -nice views to the mountains, the Misti and the river from there, worth the visit. Finally, there is a huge supermarket (Tottus) just steps away. In few words, super value for your money. I would definitively stay there again.

Great attendance by all staff; quiet location; rooms were very clean; showers had hot water and great water pressure; comfy and warm beds and towels; close to grocery store; staff called taxis for us every time we needed one; beautiful decor in the lobby

Breakfast was not excellent, but enough to get us fed before beginning our day; getting back to the location was a little difficult for taxi drivers; no drawers in the rooms where we could store small personal items

Staff was very friendly and helpful with things to do in Arequipa. Very helpful with helping with an early checkin, very helpful with storing our luggage. Internet very good, I was able to work without any issues. Everything comfortable and clean!

I would have liked more variety in the breakfast, but we stayed several days, I probably wouldnt mind if just staying 1-2 nights

Very clean, comfortable room in a good location. Breakfast and dinner excellent.

The parking is in front of the hotel, rather than within a secure premises; however we felt quite confident, as the road is in an affluent area, which is gated and guarded.

Clean and spacious room. Staff helpful but the restaurant service was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was good. About 20-25minutes walk to main square.

There was some music/ noise outside but not too loud.

WiFi is generally good but in the room the signal is very slow and some times goes and comes back
