The room was great with a nice balcony and view. The hotel staff are amazing and ready to assist. Breakfast was ok. You are just 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas with a lot of fine dining options as well as a hypermarket nearby.

The shower! We did mention it a few times but nothing was done or could be done. Basically, the water flickers from boiling to cool every 30s so you need to time your wash in between. So avoid room 501 unless it was solved :)

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Specially a young lady who helped me with my luggage to the Uber which parked a few blocks away from the hotel. I forgot to ask her name and I really appreciate her help ! The best part of this hotel is the view from the rooftop terrace. You can see the mountain and the city from there. It's nice to have a drink early in the morning or at night. The decorations in the hotel is elegant and beautiful.

Maybe it was my misunderstanding, I booked a Comfort King Room which I thought it have a balcony facing the inner courtyard of the hotel as the picture they showed on the booking. Unfortunately, the staff told me the room which showed on my booking was occupied already. They have only two of that room in the whole building if I remember it right. The hotel put the glass bricks in stead of a window in the bathroom. It was noisy when I open the bathroom door to let more light in.

Loved the rooftop with amazing views of the volcano and mountains. Location was top notch (less than 10 mins from main plaza and close to nearby restaurants / shops / sights). We also loved the breakfast on the roof terrace in the mornings - it was a lovely way to start the day with many delicious options and the staff were also very accommodating.

Unfortunately the hotel is very noisy - especially at night. Also my boyfriend did find the bright lights that stayed on in the inner courtyard during the night were not completely shut out by the blackout curtains. I found it okay, but something to bear in mind for lighter sleepers.

The hotel is even more beautiful than the pictures and located 5 min walk away from Plaza de Armas. My room was very comfortable and had a big bathroom. Everyday the staff left water bottles and were always very kind and supportive. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the price. But the best part for me was the view from the terrace/ restaurant. I could look at the volcanoes for hours. This was the reason I chose Palla, but in all the rest it delivers too. There is a room for storing luggage and it is possible to have lunch and dinner at the hotel. I would absolutely recomend this hotel.

The only downside was the breakfast's staff dificulty on the morning the terrace had more guests, forgeting the orders and bringing everything requested at a very slow pace.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Arequipa! if you are coming here you have to book it :-) Nice rooms, clean and with all the amenities! Super nice breakfast on the terrace with a view on the sorrounding mountains! We also had a laundry service which met our expectations

Watch out when you book your taxi to go to the airport. At the reception desk we were told 30soles from one lady we booked the service. The morning after we were told 35soles by another one just before we were supposed to leave. At the time of the payment to the taxi driver he told us 40soles As you can understand it is not about the 5-10 soles difference but it's a matter of transparency! Always ask for a written confirmation!

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from Arequipa's main square. It's simply beautiful. It boasts a meticulous, modern design and spacious rooms with an artfully decorated interior. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace, overlooking the surrounding mountains and volcanoes, while enjoying the company of hummingbirds. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The hotel staff is professional. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything was perfect.

Super friendly and attentive staff that made us feel so very welcome. Beautiful property in a great location just a few minutes walk away from the buzzing historic center. Clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast at the roof terrace with a great view included.

There was no air-conditioning in our room and no mosquito nets in front of the windows. The room did get quite stuffy during the night. It would have been great to be able to open a window without having to worry about mosquitos and to get some "fresh" air.

My mom and I stayed at Palla Botique for two nights in Arequipa and I think it was the nicest place we stayed. The staff were kind and super helpful, the rooms were comfortable and quiet (especially staying near the inner courtyard), and breakfast was on an unreal terrace on the roof. The food was tasty and the view is unbeatable. Staff were great for helping us find our way around town and recommending restaurants (we had some great meals!) Location wise, we were maybe two blocks from the main square and all of the touristy things you'd want to see, without feeling like we were in a chaotic/crowded area. Bonus, it's very walkable to tons of great food!

I really enjoyed my stay, I think the only thing coming to mind is I didn't notice any fans, but that seemed to be common during our stay in Peru. Not an issue at all in the winter, but perhaps something to ask about for a summer stay!

Location and the stuff. Very helpful and attentive. We were leaving one morning early so they made us breakfast take away at 05:00. In addition we spent one night away but checked in at 06:00 and they still gave us breakfast as a swap out, excellent service. Roof top and breakfast are great with superb views.

The Lower rooms are near the basement do when you find out they are cold , but not terribly .

Only good things to say about Palla boutique hotel. They started by making our airport pickup seamless, even when our flight was rescheduled. Room was comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious and made to our individual requests. Rooftop balcony was comfortable with gorgeous views. Hotel is centrally located. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet providing a nice night's sleep.

They were very kind in accommodating an early departure for us. The only area for improvement would be to provide a slightly more exciting bag breakfast.
