Only a 5 min walk from the main plaza, bed was comfiest so far on our travels, view was nice, good we could watch Netflix aswell. They cleaned the room every day during our stay, only floors remained dirty after, they even washed up for us once! Kitchen was good microwave, hob, kettle and sink. Also a lovely shower with jets!

Kitchen didn't come stocked with anything at all, we even had to buy forks! Oil, washing up liquid and cloths too, should've been included as noone would stay long enough to use it all anyway. The terrace is shared with where they hang up laundry, so there are frequently people walking past all the windows into the apartment, so lacks privacy there.

Deposit request via bank transfer doesn't work well for last-minute booking (and is overall an inconvenience). The room that we booked was given to someone else and we received an unwanted upgrade with less privacy but the staff was helpful and a solution was found in the end

This is a 2-bedroom apartment, it's not big but it is very nice and is located in the historic area, in fact, when I was speaking with a woman at one of the museums she recommended visiting a particular neighborhood for its historical significance, and it is the one this apartment is in. It's quiet, has hot water, and has most everything needed in the kitchen, the one thing that would be nice to have is a bottle opener. I would also recommend the owners get a real coffee maker, not just a kettle to heat up water, but a proper "cafeteria" for preparing filtered ground coffee, "cafe molido".

The only complaint is in regards to the portable/wheeled electric heater that looks like an old-fashioned radiator heater - it's not very good at heating anything except the air above it. A heater with a fan would be much better.

We liked the location the most being that close to the Plaza del Armas.

We did not like that our terrace was not alone for us and that the cleaning lady invaded our privacy when trying to do the hotel laundry! We were at the toproof so that problem only occurs there!

Overall, a nice stay and good value for your money. It is close to the city center, 5 min walking distance, and located on a gated street. Clean room with a nice bed, warm shower and a small refrigerator - everything you need. Friendly staff. The entrance is locked, too, so it feels very safe.

Staff was super friendly, gave us an upgrade on our room which was really cool, rooms are nice like mini apts, 5 minute walk to plaza de armas. Good balcony view. Super cheap price, stayed 3 days.

no heating, the bathroom was situated somehow outside, but in generall it was not a problem

Great bed and shower! The best hot shower we’ve had in South America. Wonderful staff who let us leave our bags while on the Colca Canyon tour and also organise our things before our night bus to Cusco. Thankyou! Insane price for what you get

Nothing really! It’s a great place

I loved the location on a cute, quiet street. Also, this was a nice place to rest after long days of exploring with a good shower and comfy bed. Lastly, the staff members are very nice and I appreciate that.

It would be nice to have a few more utensils and cups in the kitchen.

Second time staying here! But in a smaller apartment. Same cleanliness nice balcony Netflix and shower with jets! Only main difference is no hob so couldn't make tea but had a sink fridge and microwave still.

Beds weren't as comfy (too soft prefer firmer as in the mountain view)
