Location was very close to centro. You can see into main cathedral. Roof top with a decent view. Housekeeping kept a very clean house. Had free hot water & tea, coffee available (but worst coffee of my life). Had shampoo, conditioner & soap. Staff was nice to me. Had a extra blanket, fan & heater in closet.

Needed more hooks for towels in bathroom & attention to sink (not connected well) & fan maintenance (like a 747 take off) in bathroom. Was mid range of hotels in area, can pay less for similar. If breakfast buffet was better with more options, better coffee, pancakes & more fruit id consider booking again. A little noisy because of tile & concrete construction but thats everywhere in south & central America. Standard room is only big enough for one person.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk everywhere. The room was lovely and spacious, we were very grateful for the electric heater and for the room being cleaned every day! We were picked up early for a tour one morning and as soon as the staff saw us, they quickly packed us a bag of snacks & drinks which was such a lovely touch! We really appreciated it. All round a great stay and would definitely recommend!

It can be a little noisy at night / early mornings from drivers and passers by, especially over the weekend but with ear plugs it’s fine!

The staff was amazing, always available and there to help with any request! The spot itself is in great location and the terrace for breakfast is an absoulute gem with views of city and nature around.

For some reason, they will provide the minimum amount of soap and toilet paper even if you stay for a week. so you have to keep asking this all the time. just provide more for longer stays

The staff were fantastic, all very friendly. The rooftop for breakfast was fabulous. The location was perfect for the centre of city.

Loved our stay here, the staff were helpful (made us breakfast boxes for our 3am starts) and the roof terrace was a treat to relax on. The location is great, in the middle of town close to restaurants and bars.

As others have mentioned, if you're in the room on the top floor you get the bonus of easy access to the roof terrace, but breakfast preparations might wake you up a bit earlier than you'd like. Not too much of an issue for us though.

As a vegetarian breakfast options were limited but fresh fruit juice & fruits were always available every morning though the available options got somewhat boring after a while. Very friendly and helpful staff that acted on suggestions or comments. I stayed in room 401, the only room on the roof breakfast terrace. However, it is up 4 flights of the stairs. As an early riser hearing folk chat having their breakfast (7>9AM) was not a bother and generally having the terrace lounge area to myself on most evenings (nice views!) was something of a bonus with this room. I came back to the same room on 3 separate stays when in Arequipa during my time in Peru. Easy walking distance to most restaurants. Good cheap laundry service nearby on the other side of Santa Catalina. Security is attended to (front door locked during the evening) & 24 hour receptionist staffing.

- kind receptionists - reception 24/7 - tea available 24/7 - heaters in the room - amazing location - comfortable and probably newly furnished room (or well maintained) - tasty breakfasts on amazing terrace - snack boxes available if you are leaving before breakfast

- everyday of our stay the water was less and less hot (really hot to really cold in 3 days)

One of the best accommodation experiences we've ever had. If you're looking for the most value for money accommodation option in Arequipa - look no more. We were allowed to check in earlier, the room was pristine clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located a 4 minute walk from the center of the city, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The receptionist (owner?) lady was extremely kind and accommodating with all of our requests, she even prepared for us a lunch box when she found out we had to leave early in the morning for a long trip. We had to wake up early (~3am) two days of our stay and there was always someone awake to help us with anything we may need. It may not be a luxurious accommodation but it is definitely value for money and a really great hospitality experience.

Everything was amazing considering the cost.

The location is great, very close to plaza de armas. Also, there is a rooftop where breakfast is served with a privileged view to Misti. The staff is super welcoming and helpful, specially Shirley who helped us with airport transportation and half day tour to Laguna de Salinas (ans tour was really nice btw). They also give good recommendations for local and authentic restaurants. I would stay here again if I needed.
