The place is very well located, next to Monasterio de Santa Catalina, you have lots of restaurants around and la Plaza de Armas is a very short walk. The breakfast in the terrace is very nice, and if you have an early start they prepare you a breakfast to go. Room is small, but is pleasant and everything is very clean. Staff are super helpful and special shout out to the lady that was doing the evening in’s reception.. I couldn’t get her name. Also they have a hot drink station by reception, where they have coca tea. They also have as a pet a turtle called Lolo in the garden… just brilliant!

The staff was very kind, accommodating and helpful during our stay. They helped with our bags, gave us good recommendations as well. The room was very comfortable and large. Breakfast was also included in the stay at the rooftop and they offered a lot more than expected. Local bread, toast, sliced cake, fresh juice, yogurt, cereals, coffee, to go snacks and had a small station of sausage, chicken sandwich and made eggs to your order. Very friendly staff 10/10 would recommend. Also it was very close to the city and things to do. The hotel also felt very safe.

I really did like my stay the only thing that could improve is the comfort of the bed, it was a bit too stiff for me but my sister thought her bed was comfortable so it’s probably an individual preference.

As with all the hotels I have stayed in in South America the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us breakfast to go when we had to leave early. The room was good, shower was hot, although limited space to hang towels. A common thing in many hotels. Also, it's in a great location very close to the central main square.

Had to climb a lot of stairs to get to the rooftop breakfast area. Normally would not be an issue for us, but we were both sick and four flights of stairs was an effort. Some of the breakfast items where a bit unusual, mixing cream with water to make milk to put on cereal?

Close to Plaza de Armas, walking distance to the sights. Secure location, front door monitored. Desk is staffed 24 hours. Staff friendly and helpful with recommendations. Hot water in the shower. Bathroom is serviced daily. Lovely rooftop patio with views of volcanoes. Breakfast had meat, cheese, fruit, juice, buns, omelettes. Boxed breakfast when we left early for a tour. Lovely grassy courtyard with a tortoise in it!

The location was great. Walking distance to the monastery. The view from top floor of surrounding volcanoes were amazing. There is a resident turtle that occasionally shows itself which is fun. The courtyard is very pleasant to sit in. The staff is very friendly.

It took forever to get a lukewarm shower. Not sure if there was something wrong with our room. The breakfast was okay as we had an early start on last day it would have been nice to be earlier but we just managed to eat and make our pick up for tour.if

Very pretty garden, and clean room with AC. The house turtle 🐢 is cute.

The receptionists were helpful, but some struggled a lot with English and google translator. We had a soaking in the room and needed assistance with that and it was quite complicated to solve not understanding each other. At booking.com we saw there is massage and spa available at the hotel, but there was none.

Staff were friendly and very accomodating to your needs. I had an early morning flight, but I got my breakfast packaged which was very considerate. Rooms were clean, good beds and hot water showers. Hot water available with coca tea was very helpful with altitude headaches.

I was in a room next to the stairs and hallway. The walls didn’t block out much of the sound, which made a disruptive sleep.

Location is absolutely perfect. Couldn’t ask for better! Although it did mean it was a little noisy on Saturday night but that’s the flip side of being in the centre. Our room had a massive bed and we loved the tortoise in the garden. Staff were so lovely and helpful.

The breakfast was good but had a few odd choices eg. The coffee was an unusual flavour and there was cereal but no milk.

The room was comfy for three people. The courtyard was beautiful and sunny. We enjoyed meeting the resident tortoise "Lolo".

There was loud music coming from a club nearby that played late into the night making it hard to get to sleep. It was especially annoying on the day we had a 2:30am pick up for a tour. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence or not.

This was a fantastic location in Arequipa - essentially felt like we had little villas to ourselves. The staff were really, really kind - particularly the receptionist in the evenings and the breakfast chef!

Did keep getting knocked off the Wi-Fi…and I’d probably go somewhere else for coffee and breakfast!
