Rooms are very comfortable and very clean, great for relaxing after a long day The location is perfect for a downtown walk, minutes away from Plaza de Armas and other tourist attractions. the hotel itself is quite nice, mixing the old traditional architecture of Arequipa with a modern hotel. Very nice patio to enjoy a drink in the evening. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Cleanliness of the restaurant was not great, especially during breakfast hours. Tables were left unattended with used dishes and food leftovers. Staff should work a little harder to ensure guests can sit at a clean table for breakfast or lunch. I had an issue with my credit card, but the staff was quick to help me with it.

the location is good , hotel is clean

staff is not attentive. we are two Asian gals. our first day breakfast, nobody ask us about egg option and in the end we requested ourself for fried eggs. however, we didn’t think too much about it. but when it come to our second breakfast, it happened again, nobody ask us if we want to order any egg and mean time we saw the staff ask all other table if they want egg ! we are the only one nobody care and in the end we didn’t order any egg. it’s a small thing but make big difference about feeling towards this hotel.

The hotel is very nice, with that colonial feel that the old structure provides. Rooms are comfy and spacious, and very clean. Breakfast and food overall is excellent with a nice variety of flavors and options.

Hotel services. They offered taxi service from the airport to the hotel, indicating to request it by email. Having sent my request to the indicated address I never received any answer or confirmation. Upon arriving at the hotel by my own means I asked about this issue, but the hotel stuff didn't have any information about the service and only gave me the Manager's card to contact her and present my case. Not helpful at all.

The food, drinks and breakfast were super nice as well as the team! Nice view from the room and very good location. Super nice architecture and a patio to have a delicious breakfast in the sun.

The basin was in the room, only toilet and shower were separate. Very loud AC (can’t sleep when turned on), but you also can’t open the window (which somehow makes sense as it is from the ceiling to the floor but there is just no way to get fresh air into the room) and also almost no space at the basin to put stuff (e.g no hanger for hand towel). The shower is fix installed, so no shower hose which is annoying.

Nice and comfortable hotel in a great location. 5 mins walk to Plaza de Armas and felt very safe at all times. Arequipa in general felt very safe. Make sure you book the rooftop jacuzzi for some relaxation with magical view of the volcanoes. Very good breakfast in the courtyard. Good restaurants nearby.

View from the room was OK, but was overlooking some houses which took away a bit of the charm. Room a bit small but not too bad.

Location and attentiveness of the staff are great. Architecture is nice and hotel rooms brand new. Rooms are very clean. Definitely recommend the hotel for a stay.

First night we had a room with a view, it was also very noisy due to machines on the roof..The staff changed rooms immediately after our complaint. Breakfast area a bit small, but very nice terrace where you can eat as well.

Everything! beautiful place, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the rooms (small single beds for 3 people but thats ok). Super comfy, loved breakfast, second proper meal in 5 days here! Coffee is on point.

No view from the window but that is so low on the list lol No conditioner in the bathroom but this is all super low on my list.

I liked the Location because it was walkable distance to most nice restaurants. The rooftop was what we most enjoyed after our long days at work or day trips.

Everything! The location is very close to the city center (5 mins by walking), the room was very clean, the staff was very polite and the breakfast was amazing - buffet but a lot of options to choose from.
