The service was very friendly and welcoming. The location is in my opinion much nicer than closer to the plaza. Many nice cafes and craft beer bars right next to the hotel. Breakfast was ok too. Well worth the money.

The room was a bit worn down. Due to rains there were some problems with the water at our arrival. When we checked out it was raining again and the ceiling was leaking in the main lobby. A bit noisy as well (even if the hotel in general definitely isn't a party hotel/hostel) since the doors are thin, but then again that's everywhere in Peru unless you want to pay big money.

What stood out the most in the hotel was the staff. The lady from the reception did everything to assist us in everything and really helped us with everything. Much more than required. The hotel's restaurant that operated in the evening was excellent. The food is fresh and delicious. Serve food made in molecular style. They prepared special dishes for us at reasonable prices.

A dark hotel. No light is turned on and there is not enough light coming in from outside. Very basic breakfast. not managed correctly. mess. Empty buffet. It takes a few minutes to bring things. limited variety

Loved the location and the room. The hotel is in a square with tons of food options all around. There are several cafes and restaurants in the square and it's only a short walk to the city centre. Safe, clean, and seriously a cute place to stay. The room had ample space and storage (although I didn't need it) and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean, good wifi.

The breakfast room was small and mostly busy with the small limited buffet constantly running out of items. Staff couldn’t keep up with replacing them. Had mentioned this to reception. They need to upscale this for the number of guests they have.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the monastery and churches and main plaza. It is nice and quiet and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was disappointing.

Location was excellent nearby city centre and the neighbourhood was safe. The Hotel Staff was professional

The ground floor room was dark with poor window, noisy when people were coming in and out around the hall area.

Bed was excellent.. location superb... shower very hot. Staff the right kind of inquisitive. Just enough to anticipate needs without being intrusive. Would definitely stay again.

Needs a fan in the room... learned later available upon request

Nice place, clean, lovely staff.

Too much noise from the entrance bell, also people speaking loud in the hall and doors banging, usually late at night or very early.

Location. Super friendly staff! Quiet area. Tasty breakfast. Luggage drop off facilities. Clean rooms.

Fridge did not work, was warm so I turned it off. My double room was quite small.
