Great location, comfortable room, no problems with Wifi, shower worked well. There was a roof terrace where you could have breakfast. All of the reception staff were very helpful, available and accommodating. The staff were particularly helpful when we needed an extra night at short notice, There were no twin rooms so they put an extra bed in a double room (for my son and I) and made it really nice and comfortable. Also night reception was really helpful and kind when we were waiting for a night excursion.

There was music coming from a venue somewhere nearby or next door to the ground floor room we stayed in on our second night (it was the weekend) You could hear music and base very loud from 10pm to 3.00am through the wall.

Location - absolutely brilliant. Right in the middle of the historical centre of Arequipa, next to all the restaurants, cafes and attractions. Also great that it was an old, typical Arequipa building with a historical vibe. Moreover, we arrived at 5 am because of travelling via Peru Hop, and the staff were incredibly kind and offered to keep our luggage but ALSO a temporary room to get a few hours of sleep before checking in into our reserved rooms at 2pm. Many many thanks.

The breakfast wasn't as great, so if you are thinking of picking this because it offers breakfast, it's not the best reason. It's way better to eat outside! But overall, given the exceptional price and how accommodating the staff were, it would be unfair to be negative about this hotel - it's really good value for money.

A great spacious room, large clean bathroom and fantastic water pressure! There was an extra bed provided in our room, which was good for spreading out a little more. Location close to Historic centre of Arequipa was ideal, but a block or 2 away from the intense hustle and bustle. Lots of good eateries nearby

The room lighting was a little dim, and only 1 window. The ground floor rooms open into a patio space that everyone on upper floors walks through, so this does create a little bit of noise, but not a major issue.

The hotel is in the perfect location, opposite the monastery and a few minutes walk from lots of great restaurants and the main square. Breakfast is simple but nice. We stayed in one room for three nights that was spacious, comfortable and we had no issues with, however when we returned after a night in Colca Canyon we had another room that was a lot more run down and had no hot water. Overall the hotel is very good value for money if you get one of the better rooms!

This hotel was in fantastic location in the historic centre. The staff were really kind about letting us store our bag early and leaving it for a while after check-out. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. We've been on the road for a month now and this was the best shower I've had the whole time.

The wifi was a little slow (couldn't do video calls) which prevented us from doing much work. And unfortunately, the noise from the cafe/bar next door was quite loud and played until 3am so we had to use ear plugs. However these were really small issues overall.

May be a little noisy when backeepers are leaving very early without education towards neighbours No cleaning of the room on Mondays For breakfast, a second choice always with orange juice would be very much appreciated (everyone, like me, don't like exotic tastes.

Excellent location. Three blocks from downtown! Water pressure in shower was strong. Water was hot. Bed was very comfortable! Thank you for a great stay. Staff were very accommodating! Tours available at site. Also Roku t.v. With cable channels. Zero complaints! 👌

The property was within walking distance to Plaza Armas and Monasterio de Santa Catalina. It was easy to find, close to restaurants, and the staff were nice and friendly.

The faucet in our shower was difficult to close.

Nice central location, spacious room facing inside of the patio. Good shower and bathroom! Very comfy bed and pillow! Reception (night shift) was very welcoming, really friendly and polite - checked us in with no problem at 1am. At checkout option to leave backpacks for free.

Calle Ugarte is famous for its pubs and nightlife.. there was loud music until 3 am I guess. With earplugs it’s all sorted, but can be noisy!

Fabulous location right next to the Monastery Catalina. The hotel facilitates Early check-ins. Staff helpful. Great value for money.

Breakfast could be better. If you are gluten intolerant your options are processed ham and olives. It would be so easy for the hotel to add fruit to the breakfast option.
