Perfect location with two spacious balconies - special storage room for your bicycle. Apartment with full equipment the only thing I missed was a washing machine for clothes after activities. Part of residency is also a sport store for hikers/runners/cyclists 😅 where you can buy if you forgot something at home. Also you can rent a bicycle for ride or maintain yours. Hosts were very great. With staying in their residence you get “Südtirol guest pass” for the bus - so your car can stay at the hotel while you can get across the Alta Badia and partly Belluno valley.

Located at the junction of three valleys, Corvara is an ideal base for exploring this spectacular region and Residence Rottonara's location within the village is perfect - supermarket less than 2 minutes, plenty of options for eating out, ski lift station directly opposite the property with further ski lifts only minutes away. Although we visited in late summer, all the area's lifts were fully operational affording easy access to countless mountain trails. The well-designed, well-equipped, self-catering accommodation was spacious and very comfortable - the balcony affording spectacular views. And our host, Alex, was extremely helpful - not least in recommending some wonderful mountain walks. Free, reserved, on-site parking was a real bonus. We loved this place...!

The location is excellent, easily walkable to the lifts, the grocery store was just a short distance away and a delicious coffee shop. There was convenient, free parking right in the lot at the building. The unit was modern, clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the Sassonger peak from the balcony. Lucia met us on arrival to give us the key and she was available for questions if we had any, and I appreciated greatly that she received and held a package that I had delivered. Someone came to take away the recycling and garbage every second day which was very helpful. We loved our stay and would return anytime!

The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals for ourselves, but it would have be helpful to have a small amount of a few supplies such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar and papertowel. For a short stay (5 days) we ended up purchasing all of these things and only used a bit of each, then left it all behind. The apartment is right above the road, so there's some noise from cars and occasionally trucks in the night or early morning.

the view is stunning!!!!!!!! you can directly see the mountains from your balcony. the host is very helpful and there's a few guidebook you can get at the reception. The accom also comes with free sudtirol bus ticket, which is very helpful for us. we able to travel and explore south tyrol area easily (whichever uses the bus line)

Very clean and cozy appartment, with great mountain view from the balcony (we had room named Sassongher). The hotel offers free parking and has a supermarket nearby, which was a great bonus.

Electric kettle would be nice, as well as complimentary tea/coffee, at least for the first morning. It can get a bit noisy, when rooms nearby are being cleaned in the morning. Surprisingly there was no hot water in the kitchen sink.

Clean, comfortable and super well situated 5 minutes from the ski lifts, above a ski rental shop and 1 minute from a super market. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Nice views to the mountains. Convenient ski room. And from what I’ve seen, one of the best value for money in Corvara!

Staff was not there most of the time.

The property is in an excellent location at the top of Corvara in close proximity to the cable car, the best hotels and restaurants in the resort, and an excellent spa across the road. The apartment was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable, with a huge TV, fully stocked kitchen, bath, and balcony. The Rottonara family essentially introduced tourism (with Joseph Kostner) to Alta Badia and there is real heritage in the property.

Internet was not very good, it was impossible to stream. It’s ok for just checking emails but not streaming Also I would have liked a couple of larger coffee cup for breakfast.

Comfortable, very clean apartment. Beautiful view. Friendly hosts. In the center of Corvara, near shops and restaurants. Very close to the ski slopes. Within the building there is a ski equipment shop and ski service where they serviced our skis perfectly.

The property was clean, comfortable and had lots of character. The staff are helpful and kind. Excellent location in Corvara with beautiful mountain views. Corvara is well placed in the Dolomites National Park for hiking and exploring without being too busy.
